Спустя два месяца после покупки дивана сломалась балка, обещали починить, до сих пор ждем. Не рекомендую ничего у них покупать

Неуважительное отношение к клиенту,не рекомендую!Заказала шкаф -купе,доставили вовремя и обещали собрать в течении 2-х дней,но уже неделю меня игнорируют,так и не собрали,зачем было обещать сроки,которые не выполняются?
