They stopped on October 12, 2025. The advantages are the proximity to the Mall of Emirates and large apartments. Everything. WiFi is not working in the rooms (Russian resources are not working, authorization is flying off), there are cockroaches in the room, there is a decoction smell of Indian incense from the anticipating tenants. Door locks randomly stop working The problems are not solved, but they agreed to refund the money for the last day when we found another place.

We stayed at this apartment hotel 6 years ago. Then the hotel made a strong impression. Everything was new, beautiful, and comfortable. Now the hotel needs urgent repairs. The rooms have damaged furniture, leaks in the bathrooms, baths in patches … But on the positive side, it is very close to the Emirates Mall, the metro, and 10 minutes by taxi to Jumeirah Beach. You can get to the beach by bus 81, which stops next to the hotel. The rooms are large and equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. There is everything from a toaster to a washing machine. Cleaning is daily, cleaned efficiently, the bed is changed daily. And six years ago, the hotel had its own restaurant where you could order breakfasts and dinners. The hotel does not have its own restaurant right now. But a wonderful Uzbek restaurant has opened in this place. There is a very tasty beshbarmak, I recommend it. And a nice bonus - everyone speaks Russian.

Nice apartment hotel. The furniture is generally good, not too new, but not dead either. The mattresses and bed linen are good. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the roof. There is a cleaning service. Convenient location, close to metro, mall and convenience stores. An adapter for an outlet was borrowed at the reception.

A good hotel, a category of about 3 stars. Near the metro, a direct line to the main points of attraction of tourists. Good breakfasts, inexpensive lunches and dinners. Rooms- apartments with kitchen and appliances. The most important thing: there are 2 heated pools on the roof! One is for children, the other is full-fledged.

Nice hotel. The fire alarm is triggered only in case of fire or smoke. Children of any age can go to the Jacuzzi. That's just a minus that the apartment does not look quite like a modern one.
