It's delicious, BUT every time I come for a drink, there's no queue... but all 2-3 employees are standing and chatting after taking the order, the last time I waited 15 minutes for the order because of the chatter of all the employees. Apparently, there are interesting topics every time.

Horror. The attitude is terrible. Maybe because I'm Russian. But that's not the case. We accepted the order, I specified, ice latte on banana. (There was nothing drug-free, but okay...) We started making regular lattes. I say, I want an ice latte, not a regular latte. as a result, we just poured iced milk and a little coffee from what was left from the shot for a regular latte. the order was not accepted normally. They didn't cook properly. They didn't even smile. There is no taste of coffee in coffee. I just drink banana milk.

A wonderful shift of responsibility to the client! I ordered through yandex.go at a restaurant at this address, they ran out of topioca, which they did not reflect in the menu. They refused to give the courier the order and asked to contact me so that I would cancel it. They were denied this because they had already transferred the order to the status that the food was being prepared and Yandex would have charged me. Apparently, the first courier couldn't stand it and refused the order. A second courier arrived at the address, who called me and informed me that the restaurant was closed at 19:43 (just applause for customer orientation), I told the second courier to contact support and only after that the order was canceled. A disgusting service with shifting responsibilities, wasting the client's time and unwillingness to deal with it.
