The hotel exceeded our expectations: the service was at the highest level. The staff was impressed — everyone was friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The sound insulation in the rooms is excellent: I really got a good night's sleep. However, there were also shortcomings: 1. We asked to be accommodated on a higher floor, but received a room on the 12th floor without trying to accommodate our request. It is unclear why this happened, because we clearly indicated a preference for a higher floor. 2. There were difficulties with room service: the staff apparently did not take into account that we live with a child. Towels were provided daily for only two people. We had to call and ask for extra towels, but they often brought the wrong ones. 3. The Internet speed was lower than expected. Perhaps the problem is not related to network bandwidth, but to local restrictions. Overall, the level of service left a very pleasant impression. The restaurant staff quickly remembered our preferences and offered us the dishes that we usually order. Special thanks: * Sabbir Hamid; * to a waiter who is learning Russian; * To the waiter who always found passion fruit for us. Special thanks to the lobby team: they helped with luggage, taxi call and solving any issues. I would especially like to thank Sang for the balloon for my child — it was very touching. A wonderful hotel, convenient location, rooms with panoramic Windows with very beautiful views. Some rooms overlook the Persian Gulf and the Rixos Marina Hotel and the Mandarin Hotel, some overlook the straits and the Presidential Palace. A large selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner. Daily room cleaning. A fairly large fitness room. There is a small private beach and a swimming pool. I recommend visiting the Corniche beaches, a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and Kai Beach Saadiyat Beach, a 20-minute taxi ride away. There is a Monoprix market nearby. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Price/quality for a solid 5.

The territory is small, the beach area is also too small - it's not here to walk around the hotel grounds. Some attractions can also be reached on foot. The beach area is super small, but it wasn't the focus of attention. In October 2025, I decided to go as a threesome with two children. The hotel sells the possibility of triple occupancy, but it is absolutely not designed for this. For a child (8 years old), they simply set up a couch (1.5 cm long, 60 cm wide), which is available in the room by default. It's a very strange decision. Sleeping on it is such a pleasure. They help with things, you don't have to carry suitcases yourself. First, we made an early check-in, I arrived early in the morning. We checked into a room while mine was being prepared. I was already thrilled, with huge windows, a view, a luxurious bath, and I was well rested after a long journey. Then I was upgraded and moved to a luxurious 2-room suite, an apartment with a living room, dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, shower, dressing room and 2 toilets. They brought a compliment: fruits and dates. I'm just thrilled. The food is delicious, fresh, and healthy. Breakfast includes a large selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, cheeses, fish, yoghurts, and healthy superfoods. You can order eggs in different types. Coffee and tea are brought on request. She ate only healthy food, fruits, greens, vegetables, eggs, salmon, vegetables, yoghurts, superfoods. I immediately didn't want to eat bread and sweets like at home. I really loved the hearty healthy breakfasts. The beach is small, there are not many people, it is very comfortable to swim, I even learned to swim and practiced a little! Because it was shallow and safe. The water is at a pleasant temperature, I don't want to get out. There are comfortable pools for children and adults. I liked the beach, there is no noise, the mansions are very clean and there are not many people. The view from the room is gorgeous to the Emirates Palace and the sea and the city. Morning and night. Large balcony for 2 rooms, high floor. Fascinating! I liked the spa, there are 2 steam rooms, a sauna. And all the necessary accessories for self-care. I also had extra meals at the hotel as a member of the loyalty program. It was very pleasant, and in the evening I sat on the terrace overlooking the palace and felt like a princess in a real oriental fairy tale. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. They brought a birthday dessert. And they decorated the room and the bed with swans very beautifully, put roses in a vase, and made a bath with rose petals. This is my first time doing this, so I'm thrilled. Special thanks to all the staff for their attentive, friendly attitude and professionalism. This hotel is now my love.

An amazing hotel! Exceeded all my expectations! Very beautiful, modern and new. The staff is extremely polite and attentive. The check-in took only 10 minutes. We got a room on the 29th floor with a view of the bay (not the Marina). The view is great, and the automatic curtains that open and close at the touch of a button are a nice bonus! 👌 The food is at the highest level! We took breakfasts and dinners — that's more than enough. The food deserves 10 out of 10! I went with the idea of a diet, but I couldn't resist the temptation to try new dishes. The location is perfect: ✔ Across the street is a luxurious 8—star hotel with stunning grounds, where it is pleasant to stroll. ✔ The Presidential Palace is a 15—minute walk away (must-visit, especially in the evening!). ✔ Another 15 minutes and you will be on a beautiful embankment, from where you can walk to the Marina Mall (there is a favorable currency exchange rate). It is easy to order Yandex from the hotel.Taxi. All key attractions are 15-20 minutes away by car. The rest was a success! Small disadvantages: - The sea is for an amateur, but that's not what people usually go to the Emirates for. - The depth of the pool seemed strange — less than a meter, which is not very convenient. Nevertheless, we were absolutely delighted and will be happy to come back again!

A magnificent hotel! I've stayed here twice. On the 18th and 32nd floor. The scale of grandiosity is already met from the threshold by a huge lobby and massive design elements. It is better to close the windows at night (for this you just need to press the button, they will automatically close themselves) so that the sun does not dazzle in the morning. Breakfast buffet. The hotel has exceeded all expectations! The room is beautiful, the view is just a bomb! We took half board. The breakfasts are excellent, the dinners are good, all the drinks at dinner are for a fee. There is a private private beach, the water is clean. The Corniche embankment is 2 km away, the beach is good, we were in the afternoon, the water was a little dirty, maybe cleaner in the morning. We had a family vacation with two children. 8 nights in March-April 25. We all liked the hotel! We lived in a 50m studio room. The room has 2 separate bathrooms. One has a bathtub and a shower, 2 sinks. The other one has a toilet, a sink and a bed. I was thrilled that there is a dressing room! And all things, including suitcases, are hidden from view! The view is amazing! The bed is huge and comfortable. There is a balcony (only the furniture will have to be moved there from the room). All plumbing and water are ideal. There are no dryers for swimsuits on the balcony - we asked for them, but generally there are 5 of them for the whole hotel)) They say that the hotel is more for business than for a seaside holiday.… For the same reason, the pool and the beach are quite compact (for such a large hotel). But no one stays without sun beds, no one swims on each other, and the restaurant is free. If you also want to see and visit a lot (Louvre, Mosque, Palace, market, Ferrari, parks... then a hotel with its own beach and a nice pool is a great option! Everything is at hand and everything is nearby. Children can move around by themselves. You can go cool off in the lobby or in the room (this is very important in the heat) Urban beaches, of course, do not provide such convenience.… There are not many children, but they can find company for diving and digging in the sand. There is no children's animation at all, no animation at all. It's more of a plus for us. Vacationers from different countries. Average income. We've never seen anyone drunk. The area is beautiful! Next to the square at the monument to Sheikh Zayed. It's very nice to have coffee there in the evening. There is a supermarket and a small shopping center in the neighboring hotel. There is also a children's park nearby - families come in the evening. There is also this palace hotel across the street, where you can take a walk. At the end of our vacation, we moved to an area near the coast (it is called downtown Abu Dhabi) - a completely different impression. I would also like to note that some rooms can be disconnected (they were for 2 families) and the audibility in such rooms is very high. If you're unlucky with your neighbors, you can really ruin the experience.

This is not a typical hotel like in Turkey and does not position itself as a beach hotel. A neat pool, a small beach, sun loungers can be 30-40 pieces. The service is beyond praise. There is no need to push everyone in line at breakfast to get a portion of an omelet. I ordered, called the table number, while I dialed the rest is ready.
