I ordered a sofa from this company in the Trym shopping center. At first, everything was fine, everything was done, delivered, assembled. However, then problems arose. The sofa is folding on an independent spring block, but I asked to make the seat softer (they didn't do it on springs), in fact I realized that I was uncomfortable with such a seat. I came and asked if it could be converted to independent springs for my money. They replied that yes, but it was necessary to calculate the cost. They have been counting for 2 months now, then they have lost contacts, then they are busy, then there is no person. When asked to give the contacts of the person who solves such issues, they refused. If you can't provide a certain service, why not say so directly, rather than agree and then stall for time? When ordering upholstered furniture, it is better to contact competitors, there may be problems with this company and the prices are too high.
