It's not a bad hotel. Pretty helpful staff, close to the sights. If you are not particularly pretentious, 100% will do. The furniture is modern, the breakfasts are delicious. By European standards, the 3+ star level definitely attracts. It should be borne in mind that I was in winter, the occupancy was less than 50%, there were a lot of empty rooms, the pool was not working.

After changing the room, the drain in the bathroom was leaking, some of the water was pouring onto the floor. It turned out that the outlet was not working. After the second kick, an extension cord was brought. The hotel is located near Ichan-Kala (10-15 minutes on foot). There is a Ferris wheel nearby, which you can use to navigate. A large, bright room. The room is clean, the bathroom has not a shower cabin, but a bathtub (very slippery, neat)))). There are all the toiletries. Breakfast, as in all Uzbekistan, is cold, and there are a lot of sweets. The highest tourist fee of all the cities where we have been. Check-in at 14:00, if you arrived earlier, you will not be checked in, but your belongings will be left in the back room. It is better to order a taxi through the hotel as a last resort, because it turns out to be much more expensive. It is better to immediately negotiate with taxi drivers at the train station / airport.

I lived in this hotel on a trip to Uzbekistan. The hotel is extremely well located relative to the attractions. 7 minutes walk to Ichan-Kala. In front of the hotel there are various cafes with local cuisine and a shop. The rooms are nice and cozy. I lived in a standard one, and I liked everything. The air conditioning was working, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were good too. Breakfast is a separate story - I really liked it, they made me a very tasty omelet with cheese! I recommend you to try it! The WiFi was working. Drinks such as cola and juice can be purchased at the reception. There is also a swimming pool outside, in the evening after dinner you can swim. The staff are very friendly, helped with everything, and with a taxi and a suitcase, and told me where else to go. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

My comment about the room is not representative, because under our desire to get a two-room room, we were still given an awesome-sized room, but the problem is that we didn't have time to make it, we were able to drag beds from ordinary rooms. From its own furniture, there seemed to be only a sofa and a coffee table. I took off one star for the fact that the sofa was never unpacked - part of the sofa remained wrapped in film both during check-in and during subsequent cleaning Breakfast. I will also mention that Khiva is a small town and the location of the hotel allows you to walk to the bank, market, old town and even the railway station. The room was spacious, clean with a good mattress and modern plumbing. Summary – the best hotel in the city. For those who want something authentic and extravagant, the old town of Itchan Kala is full of boutique hotels with national ornaments. But if you need to have a good rest, wash off the dust of centuries and fall asleep peacefully, go to the Khiva Residence hotel.
