I want to express my indignation about the appointment with the otolaryngologist Alisevich A.A. I met with an unacceptable tone of communication, disregard for my words and disrespectful attitude. She went to the clinic with repeated acute respiratory viral infections, sore throat and lumbago in her ears. I was worried that I had been ill for the fourth month in a row and was afraid of a recurrence of sinusitis, since the last time the disease also started with a sore throat and was on the rise. However, at first the doctor did not give me a proper explanation of the current complaints, interrupted me and instead began to analyze my past visits, claiming that all the symptoms at that time were "within the normal range" and that I had sinusitis only once. When I tried to explain that the first picture of sinusitis was in my hands, the doctor made an irritated remark that it should have been brought now. But I didn't come with complaints about my nose, but with a sore throat and lumbago in my ears, so I didn't understand what the analysis of the old picture had to do with my current condition. It was only after I insisted on being listened to that the doctor started asking about my current complaints, but she did it in an irritated manner. The examination itself took place in a nervous atmosphere: the doctor spoke in a harsh tone, examined hurriedly and rudely. When I asked why the ear was shooting, a short answer was given.: "Because it's neuritis." To the question "How to understand this," an irritated response followed: "That's how to understand it." After this attitude, I couldn't stand it and suggested that the doctor continue in the same tone, but already recorded on a dictaphone. In response, I heard: "You'll turn on your voice recorder at work." After that, I was sent for a blood test. When I returned, I heard the doctor discussing and ridiculing me with his assistant in the office. When I came in, they prescribed treatment for me without explanation, dryly and reluctantly answering questions. I consider such behavior of a doctor to be absolutely unacceptable. The patient comes for medical help, not for rudeness and humiliation. I hope that the polyclinic administration will pay attention to this case and take appropriate measures.

I would like to highlight the particularly disdainful attitude of the cloakroom staff. It's not the first time I've given up my long white coat and it's being brazenly dragged across the floor! Yes, my coat doesn't have a hanger, but it doesn't cause problems anywhere else, everyone can hang it by the collar, but here it's BASICALLY hung by the hood! The employee, in response to my request not to pull my clothes over the floor when handing them out, began to be rude and get personal! I even called my superiors with a request to resolve this issue, BUT today I came back to the clinic and the result is that my clothes are dirty again, although the employee is different. (By the way, my height is 1.76, not two meters). Conclusion - do not put things in the wardrobe if you do not want to dry-clean your things every time. This is the first time I've seen such arrogance and disrespect.

I would like to express my extreme indignation about the appointment with a urologist (Nikita Semenov)! Of course, I understand that I am not a patient of your clinic, but it is simply not human to treat people this way. The doctor met me with an unacceptable tone of communication, disregard for my words and an extremely disrespectful attitude. The situation was that they took me in an ambulance and diagnosed me with kidney stones and renal colic. They prescribed treatment there and told me to consult a urologist at my place of residence. There is no urologist in my clinic, but by a "happy coincidence" they found a ticket for me (another patient refused) to the 19th polyclinic (since they send a urologist there from my polyclinic), 6 days after contacting the ambulance. They told me in my clinic that I could safely leave the ambulance with all my documents and gave me a referral to a urologist. I arrived on the appointed day and time, with all my documents, and the doctor asked about the ticket from the doorway. But explaining his situation, the doctor began to speak indignantly: "So what? What do you want from me? Have you been treated?" I explained that I had undergone treatment, but I still don't feel well and would like him to advise me something. He started sorting through my leaves, not really looking at them, and told me: "There is nothing fresh, let them examine you in your clinic and then come." And the fact that a person feels bad, of course, it's all the same, the young one will endure. And it would be fine if he explained it all calmly and talked to me at all, but everything was raised and as if I owed him. Why can't a person communicate and listen calmly? Why not ask where it hurts, ask what it hurts, calmly say take tests, maybe for a fee and come. And the doctor just kicked you out, you're not from our clinic, go figure it out for yourself. It was very insulting, unpleasant! I asked where I could get a ticket to the NIM, and I got it.: "I don't know anything, come if you want, look for a ticket if you want." Although it is unclear whether they will accept me later without a coupon or not, since they asked me for a coupon right from the doorway when I entered the office. It's very unpleasant that in order to be looked at, listened to, and treated, you have to go through 7 circles of hell and it's not known if everything will be okay with you.

We received a referral for an X-ray of a broken leg. We called the information desk beforehand, clarified the work schedule, because the child is on crutches. The information desk said that an X-ray can be done on Wednesday from 8-13 and from 14-19. We arrived at 8 a.m. The girl from the X-ray room refused, referring to the fact that an X-ray of the injured leg can only be done on the second shift, since there is no trauma specialist, and, you see, we were misinformed in the help desk. Question to the staff, why are you misleading the patients?!! Why is it that because of your inattention, a child is forced to drag a broken leg to the third floor twice a day, while the leg needs rest. Separately, I want to express my indignation about the parking spaces, everything is packed, there is one entrance to the parking lot, it turned out to be a real quest to drive up and drop off the child at the entrance. Something has to be done about it!

But as usual, there is a lot of bureaucracy, you rush with papers from office to office like a fool, although electronic cards have long been introduced. In general, there is a good polyclinic, a large women's consultation, a regional urological center, a physiotherapy center, even a 24-hour emergency room. As in many places, it takes a long time to wait for a ticket to narrow specialists, an ophthalmologist, a neurologist, an ENT. The clinic is relatively newly renovated, clean, although there are problems in public areas.

Uh, I don't know at all how to evaluate the clinic as a whole. I work here with very different doctors. There are a lot of professionals, and a lot of doctors about nothing. Among the professionals in my field, I can single out Vlasyuk and Sirotkina. Very attentive doctors and qualified, which cannot be said, for example, about the therapist Bogdanovich L.I., I do not know what she is able to cure. I would also attribute the work of the help to the disadvantages, then it is impossible to get through, but they provide unreliable information, then they do not own it at all.
