The notary himself is an extremely unpleasant type, firstly, he is incompetent, secondly, he is redneck and unethical, he does not control himself at all, he begins to raise his voice and be rude to clarifying questions. During the conversation, he turned to mystical topics. If you have not been ordered by the court to apply here, I strongly do not recommend it.
