This store does not work according to the law! 82,990 tenge were sold in Kaspi. It is clearly indicated that the keyboard is backlit. But there is no backlight, I wrote to support, they told me how to turn it on, I did everything on video. I came to make a refund, they said on WhatsApp that the money would be returned immediately, a couple of days have passed since the purchase. The service did not even check it, they said there would be a check for 15 days. Think about it, people! Turn on the backlight for 15 days! You can immediately feel the deception. Then I started asking them for the verification status every day and in response I just got a copy-paste GOOD EVENING PRODUCT FOR DIAGNOSTICS, even though I asked in the morning. Then I was told that the product would be checked in 30 days. I will wait 30 days and probably file a lawsuit. These are scammers, since they obviously do not sell working goods and do not return money, do not contact them!

Ужас просто какой-то. Самовывозом ждал товар 10 дней. Причем дозвониться и узнать о наличии товара нет никакой возможности. Вообще никакой связи с магазином кроме как через bitrix нет. Даже получить товар самовывозом проблематично. Ни одной звёзды не ставлю. Отношение к клиентам оставляет желать намного лучшего . Плохой сервис, мягко говоря.
Что касается товара( вентиллятора) Midea fg18-19er Да. Очхороший . И очхороший дизайн. Дует на третьей скорости метра на два. Учитывая размер хороший показатель.Двигатель к него ,судя по заявке мало ресурсный. Посмотрим на сколько его хватит. Обслуживанием не доволен категорически. А товару ставлю жирный плюс.
