The sales consultant did not give detailed answers to questions to the staff who worked on 11/29/25. He was rude to the visitors, and when asked about weighing the battery, he said that there were no scales. The advertisement says that you can donate an old battery and get a discount when buying a new one. In practice, this is not provided. Why does advertising mislead customers?

I've bought 3 batteries in 2 cars in the last 5 years. A good assotriment, old batteries are rated on average, a user-friendly website. There are no questions about this, and in general there were none until I ran into a problematic battery. Know that there is no guarantee, the manager tries in every possible way to convince that the problem is solely in improper operation, without even considering the option that a particular model has a lot of defects, or the option that there may be a marriage in principle. My battery simply stopped charging in mild frosts, the seller found cracks in the plates and turbidity of the electrolyte. For a battery that is just over a year old, this is not the norm when driving daily. Moreover, the same battery has been working on the second car for 4 years, with rare trips. There are no problems in the car, this was confirmed by both diagnostics and after checking with another battery. As a customer, I understand that the store does not make them, and that defects in any product may be present. But the task of the store, as an intermediary, is to take on all issues related to product diagnostics and dispute resolution, rather than trying to resolve such issues only at the expense of the client. They would have taken it without unnecessary demagoguery for diagnosis, and even if they hadn't recognized the marriage, it's okay, I would have bought a new one from you, and passed the old one as a test. It's not about money, it's about attitude. And when, instead of being supported in such an unpleasant situation, they make you feel guilty, it's not right. Because of this attitude to solving issues, there is no desire to buy in this store anymore.
