AKB1 works very professionally. The manager (Roman), when consulting by phone, carefully approached the request and helped to choose the best battery option in terms of characteristics / price / country of manufacture, made possible discounts, incl. for the delivery of the old battery. The courier (Artyom) arrived on time, quickly changed everything and accepted two old batteries, adding another discount for the disposal of another battery. I will recommend it to my friends.

I have to add a comment: the good story of buying a battery ended very ugly. The technical support service is not working properly. The battery did not work for two months, as it lost capacity and stopped charging. Almost a month later, I received a response (his photo is under moderation, not the fact that it will pass) in the form of a crooked photocopy of the examination report of poor quality with the words "the malfunction is most likely caused as a result of a violation of the rules of operation due to full discharge or overcharging." Are you serious?!! For such fairy tales, you do not need a laboratory with expertise.
My experience is 15 years of work in the field of installation and maintenance of VN, SPS, PDZ, ACS systems. And this battery, taken by the way last, from the stand / showcase, stood at my cottage, just to reserve power for the DVR and three cameras of 0.5 Amperes each.
And at the first loss of mains power, the battery was irretrievably covered. While the BRP has clearly worked out protection against deep over-discharge.

Now you have to go back to a very inconvenient place for Machine Builders for the battery and the act. And then to the Consumer Protection Society. Unfortunately, nothing good comes from the purchase.
