Extremely negative experience. I wanted to renew the paid annual subscription, but they refused me, coming up with a reason about an "individual discount". There was no such information at all during the purchase — neither in the application interface, nor in the description of the subscription, nor from the manager. Support could not provide any evidence where the restriction is mentioned, they only repeat the same text. At the same time, the subscription days continue to burn out, although I applied 70+ days before the deadline. The manager who "should have contacted" never got in touch. In fact, the company just found an excuse not to fulfill its obligations to the client. I will try to bring the case to court, in my free time, they just expect that people will not bother, for this reason they so confidently violate the rights of users.

Terrible bench company! I'm trying to get the money back, they're responding for days! They don't warn you about anything, they only call you once a day, you just give them money. Recently, I came across an extremely unpleasant experience when interacting with your business development manager Diana Oshanova Kanatovna from Astana. Her approach to clients turned out to be far from professional. She showed obvious importunity and tactlessness, constantly bothering me with endless calls, ignoring my messages with explanations. Her insistence was inappropriate and caused only annoyance. This attitude creates the impression that the customer is just a source for sale for you, and not a person with whom you need to have a constructive dialogue. I hope that this review will help to draw attention to the importance of treating customers and partners correctly. A good customer service manager should be able to listen and understand, and not just impose his services.
