The manager convinced us of the possibility of connection, took an advance payment for equipment and services. I call three or four times a week. Moreover, I pay the subscription fee on time and in full. No recalculations are made. Do not contact this company, nothing will work, you will only get a headache.

The technical support and the technical specialist who came to me showed simply miracles of incompetence and inadequacy. The attitude towards customers is just below the baseboard. I have been using this provider for several years now and do not understand at all those who speak so enthusiastically about the quality of the services provided. Frequent Internet interruptions are probably the norm. I often applied, but all that tp and support could do was change the modem (it didn't help) and... that's it. The support probably considers it superfluous to respond in the chat, as well as to warn their (still) customers that something went wrong with them and they will have to sit without the Internet for a while, and not get through on the phone. I would recommend new subscribers to think several times before signing a contract with this provider.

On the advice of a neighbor, I decided to connect to this company, Beltelecom disappointed....not the point, I really liked that they did not "push " for more expensive, but picked up a tariff plan based on how much speed I need so that everything flies, for this special thanks to the operator and the company as a whole, we have been using it for a little more than a year, there are no problems everything works fine, + TV is gorgeous a bunch of channels as they say for every taste and The color! Terrible service, I do not recommend contacting. From this provider, we have an intercom in the house. It has not been working for three weeks, I contacted technical support several times, the issue was not resolved, they said it was necessary for the master to come, who would have to wait another two weeks. It will be 5 weeks in total. Somehow it's already too much to solve the problem with the intercom for more than a month, guests can't get through, even couriers have to speak the code from the entrance.

We have been using it for more than a year, it works well and the Internet speed corresponds to the tariff (my husband periodically checks the promised 90-100 MB they give out), and the TV is now digital with rewind, there is always something to watch on weekends, very convenient! 1net is not recommended to anyone! The provider does not warn about the penalty in case of early termination of the contract. The Internet is not working well! The Internet speed is low, and the provider could not provide a large one at our address. In this regard, we decided to switch to another provider. The surprise turned out to be a fine/refund due to early repayment of the contract. Yes, they are inattentive themselves, but... 1net is not recommended !

Constant drops, it is not possible to download something, the speed of the snail. After repeated calls to the support service, I heard this response: - Your maximum-speed tariff is limited to 120 GB per month, (this is the first time I've heard this) then the speed is 2 MB/s... I say it shows 200 kb/s, they replied, which means the system limits more... Great, some kind of lemite on the TV tariff, plus all phones and tablets..... I don't recommend it!!!!

We have been living in a new apartment for 3 years. For the first 2 years, we used the services of Beltelecom and Space agencies and, unfortunately, there were problems - in the farthest rooms - the bedroom and the kitchen - Wi-Fi was caught very poorly (1-2 bars out of 5). In the third year, they decided to change the cable operator again - they connected the ONENET Internet. As a result, I now have stable Wi-Fi in the kitchen, where children like to watch the tablet, and in the bedroom, where the TV is connected to IP TV via Wi-Fi. The speed is stable, there is practically no less than the stated one. There are a lot of TV channels, but practically we watch only a couple dozen. The price tag is also quite humane, there are often promotions.

Hello Failures happen at any provider, but you and I are adults and we must understand that everything can be fixed. When I had to contact the company, the issue was always resolved promptly. I used to be on Velcom(A1) prices are not clear for what and the same network failures and small print, if you terminate the contract, then expect not a small fine. The provider is not reliable, either everything is working stably today, or you are paying for air. Anyone who transfers from Beltelecom may go. We switched to it because of +- good reviews and hopelessness, because trusted providers were not reached out to us. There was a lot of swearing at once, then they connected the wrong thing, then they formulated the contract incorrectly. After about 4 years, I can say it's better to find something else.

I became a victim of their fraud: after letting them into the apartment, convincing me to try their data transfer services for a month "for free", a month later it turned out that I owed them money ... for what? The connection is cut off several times for a week, but the provider has the same type of answers to all of them. Then everything is fine with the signal, it's you who have problems with the equipment (in the apartment). That equipment in our house is connected to the next one, but they don't have electricity. Well, today (Sunday), they can't get to the equipment, and therefore I will be without Internet until Monday. They don't care about their customers. The speed over a wired connection is approx. The qualification for solving the operator's regular problems in technical support leaves much to be desired (the situation could have been solved remotely if the employee had delved into the essence of the above issue). The master who came to the house was not only 40 minutes late. without warning (I had to wait 2 days for departure), I also behaved extremely rudely. Connected to Onenet in the office. The tariff is 15 Mbit. It works stably. Honestly gives out the declared speed. Compared to the home Beltelecom and its GPON 35 Mbit, Onenet feels better. Perhaps because of the Ethernet technology, Beltelecom may not have the best GPON. In general, we are satisfied with the work. Sometimes there are crashes, but very rarely, and usually not because of Onenet itself.

We went to live in the country (for an indefinite time) and called that we wanted to terminate the contract, to which we were answered, they say, put it on pause, it's okay. And so they did. Later they called and said to pay 26 rubles. They will remain in your account. They paid. As a result, they later decided to turn it off anyway. Let's go to the office, we were billed for 109 rubles.
