Once this place was abandoned and useless to anyone — a real “hole". It is good that the director of Uzbekkino, Firdavs Abdukhalikov, brought the Cinema Palace back to life. Now it is a modern, beautiful cinema of international level, with excellent sound, comfortable halls and an atmosphere of real art. The pride of the capital and an example of how to revive a cultural space with a soul!

We were in this place today. Our children's performance was at 14-30. The performance started 20 minutes late, the hall was very dirty, popcorn was scattered in many places. Visitors are allowed in with bags of popcorn and other food. The performance itself was only in the state language, although we were told that it would be in 2 languages. There's no performance, it's a shame. The costumes are not colorful, the tickets are not worth the money at all!!! The children asked to go home, we didn't even sit up.

We recently attended a production billed as the legendary musical The Phantom of the Opera. Unfortunately, our expectations were completely disappointed. Instead of the original production, we were presented with a very free reading from local producers, which had little to do with what was promised in the advertisement (screenshots are attached). The quality of the production caused a separate disappointment. The cheap costumes and modest decorations did not match the high cost of the tickets at all. But the main shock was the changed plot. We purposefully went for a classic story, but we came across a completely different work. It is difficult to say whether the concert venue is responsible for this, but it is necessary to convey information to the organizers and potential viewers. We hope that our experience will help others avoid such disappointment. The main questions, of course, remain for the organizers of this event.
