The hotel is quite simple, without pathos and special conditions, but it is conveniently located for business trips. There is an underground parking.
Breakfast is also without any special frills. But they won't leave you hungry - everything is standard.
There are several cafes with delicious Pakistani cuisine nearby. A couple of blocks away is a whole street with restaurants and shops.
La Mer beach is quite far on foot, but there are only two bus stops. There are also cafes and shops there.

We came here with the children for the second time. Two numbers were given to Maxim 12 years old and Dasha 6 years old.For 2 weeks, there was oatmeal porridge at breakfast for children 2 times and that's it. A good hotel for your money. Everything is on the level - the room is decent, however, the towel has not been changed once in a week...
Delicious food - I advise you to take Half Board. Dinner can be changed for lunch, conveniently. By the way, there are quite a lot of children in the hotel, but I didn't find any baby food - porridge, no milk.
Great coffee in the coffee machine! I prefer tea, but I've always had coffee here.
There are a couple of supermarkets nearby - you can buy ready-made food, streets with shops, bus stops.
It is convenient to immediately take a card for transport - we ourselves went to the beach of Burj Al Arab (Sail in the common people). By bus number 8, not reaching 2 stops to the hotel city beach. The beach is super turquoise water, open sea, promenade area.
By the way, everything here is equipped for night bathing.
Next to the hotel, the beach is simpler, but also quite itself. A small bay. The water is cleaner at the beginning of the beach, then at the end, where there is a water slide. We liked to swim at the slide more.
There is a transfer to the sea, but we walked or took public transport. According to eyewitnesses, it is problematic to squeeze into the bus - it is already full from another hotel. I didn't see it myself - it's not a convenient time for him.
In the middle of May, the water is like at home in the bath - I don't want to go out, we spent hours floundering, imagining ourselves as hippos.
Air... Sooo hot.
Summary - I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel.
We lived there in May 2022 in room 333.
The rooms are very clean, the plumbing works perfectly, the beds are comfortable, there is a small refrigerator, kettle, safe, wardrobe, central air conditioning, which works quietly, at 23-24 degrees it is the most). The hotel has a gym.
The room is generally quiet and peaceful, the windows are sealed, there is no noise from the street at all. There are thick blackout curtains from the sun, you can sleep during the day, the light will not interfere.
Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel!
They give beach towels at the reception.
Settled quickly. A tourist fee of 10 dirhams per night is paid upon arrival. You can arrange at the reception to drive to the nearest exchanger (open until 9 pm) and pay within an hour upon arrival), if you have to pay in $ at the hotel's internal rate. The room is cleaned every day. If they forget to bring something, it is always easy in the morning (from 10 to 12) to find cleaners on the floor and take everything they need from them so as not to wait. From the hotel they take you twice a day to La Mer Beach and to the Dubai Mall shopping center. What can be improved:

1. This hotel is more for those who came for work. Unfortunately, we found out about it in advance and could not change it.
2. Air conditioners work everywhere, the staff is polite. The food is acceptable, delicious. But they don't give exotic fruits there.
3. The windows do not open, there are no balconies and a swimming pool.
4. The location is "decently" remote for such a sultry temperature and humidity from shops, the beach.
5. Don't trust taxi drivers. Dubai taxi drivers are used by tourists, especially those who do not know the language and "money" at all. Very much deceived.
Recommendations:
1. Know at least a little English! It helped me out everywhere.
2. Don't be fooled by the first suggestions for excursions. You can find it much cheaper.
3. Be smart, don't be afraid to ask, find out, study the map of the area (some may be driven in circles).

We walked slowly for 13-15 minutes with a baby in a stroller. The food is already so-so, everything is spicy. It is not suitable for a child, especially a small one. Yes, even for our grandparents, everything was already very acute. Only the breakfasts were normal. At some point, we couldn't stand it and asked the head chef to change the spices to less spicy ones, and fortunately they listened to us)) the staff is friendly. The room is clean, if you don't have to be a pig yourself, that's the truth. We were with a small child and even our room was clean.
Tea is mostly in the room. They give out water.
It's not so close to the center anymore, but the transport runs normally. In general, we are very satisfied. We have been to this hotel twice already.

We dried like this, put the raw things on the refrigerator and closed the closet, the swimsuit, swimming trunks and children's swimming trunks dried overnight. They write here that dinner is not delicious, you can choose, but it's not worth the money, it's better to have dinner in the nearest cafes, and if you go to Dubai Marina, you can have a good meal in a Russian restaurant, they took dumplings, children pasta with sausages, coffee, smoothies and pasties paid 105 dirhams. Taxi to the metro 12-15 dirhams, metro to Dubai they say for three 18 dirhams for a child 3g you do not pay, to Dubai Marina and back they paid 48 dirhams, La Mer beach is excellent, food prices bite there, we picked up a snack at the hotel and went swimming.
