For reasons that I don't want to talk about, on March 21st I returned the house back. I did not violate the law, the product was returned without any traces of use. The refund was accepted, thank you for that. However, the attitude of the staff surprised me very much. The girl at the cash register, as soon as she heard about the refund, immediately stopped looking friendly and said: "The refund is not for me, it's for the eldest." The eldest, who was standing in front of me, began to tell me off in front of everyone. "You are an adult," she said. - You make your own decisions! What do you think?" She almost angrily threw money at me on a saucer. I had already restrained myself and answered her culturally, but it was very unpleasant. I have the right to return the product. Who gave employees the right to publicly humiliate the customer and communicate with him in such a tone? Without even asking about what happened, far-reaching conclusions were immediately drawn about me, exposing me as frivolous and not thinking much. There was no desire to ever enter this store.
