I recently visited a Starbucks in Shymkent and was pleasantly surprised. The establishment fits perfectly into the urban landscape, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere. The interior is always clean and tidy, which adds to the pleasant impressions of the visit.
The staff here is always polite and professional. They are ready to help with the choice of a drink and serve quickly, even when there are a lot of visitors in the cafe. The menu, as always, pleases with a variety: from classic espresso and cappuccino to original seasonal drinks.
I especially liked their signature latte and fresh pastries. I often order cheesecake, which is always on top here. We were also pleasantly surprised by the options for those who prefer decaf and sugar-free drinks.
Starbucks in Shymkent is a great place to meet with friends or to work on a laptop. The interior has a long stay: comfortable armchairs, sockets for charging devices and free Wi-Fi. I am sure that I will come back here often.
I recommend all residents and guests of Shymkent to stop by this Starbucks and enjoy the wonderful coffee and atmosphere.

Standard Starbucks. The pies are not fresh. The coffee is pleasant, the girls of the workers are well done and friendly. The place is cozy, the chairs are comfortable, there are sockets for charging phones.

The staff is good, the service is fine. Would like a faster servicing, lots of questions. It's not like I drink coffee there every day. I tried it and it was worth it. As for the desserts, I was unlucky here, it wasn't delicious at all, I didn't finish it.
