I made an appointment in advance for a transfer to the beach, the next day I go out and there are a lot of people there. A minibus arrives, everyone is running, pushing, whoever managed to get in, left. Most of the people stayed on the street. The driver said there would be no second flight, and at the reception the Russian speaker said take a taxi or try to be the first to run in tomorrow. That's the attitude towards the guests. I just wasted my time. And I would like to leave a review about the room, terrible dampness, water everywhere after a shower, does not go away at all, you walk through puddles, the curtains do not close normally, everything is visible. The rest is ruined.

We liked the hotel, we chose it based on location and reviews. The choice of breakfasts is good, although everything is the same every day. We ate well, but I think we'll get bored for more than seven days. the rooms have everything except a dryer. Cleaning every day, the bed has not been changed once in 7 days, towels too.

Of the advantages, it's a 5-minute walk to the Emirates Mall, since we were on a business trip, we didn't get to the beach from it, but apparently we can't do without a taxi here.

Nice hotel. It is convenient that it is close to the metro and not far away, a 10-minute walk from the large Marina shopping center. You can also buy alcohol in the same center.
The hotel itself has a swimming pool on the outdoor terrace.

Great hotel. The room is large, the beds are very comfortable, it's a pleasure to sleep. Excellent sound insulation.Next to the Emirates Mall, there is also a station of the same name on the second floor of the mall.
Mashrek station was flooded.
It's difficult to get to anything, it's hot, the sidewalks are narrow.The city is not for pedestrians. A separate expense item is a taxi!!! It is most convenient to move around on it (Karim or Uber)
Yandex is a rip-off, 1 dirham 50 rubles!

Very well located
A good assortment for breakfast (only beef did not like it at all)
There is a swimming pool and a gym on the roof.

I liked the hotel. Delicious breakfasts, fresh modern rooms. The rooftop pool is small. There is no transfer to the beach. 2 metro stations nearby. I didn't like the reception work, they took a deposit when checking in, gave out keys, didn't give any info on where the breakfasts are held, where the elevator is elementary)

Rested in April 2023.We took a room with breakfast. I didn't like the food. Very monotonous, although the choice is not bad. The quality of the dishes is no! Porridge is always oatmeal, fresh, improved by adding honey and nuts. The yogurts were running out fast. There are few fruits, only watermelon is delicious. Of the drinks, I will note cocoa. Croissants are delicious, then none (perhaps depends on the change of staff). Very tasty biscuits. The staff is polite and friendly. I would like to mention Freeman. Another young man at the reception changed our room without any problems. We had a view of the construction site, we asked to change to a room with a view of the courtyard, I did it without any problems. Once the help of a Russian-speaking young lady was needed, they did not wait for her, apparently, she did not want to complicate her life ((( Room cleaning is good, water is given at any request. The room is good, only the water runs off badly in the shower, there was always water on the floor. There are slippers, but no bathrobes. We went to the beach by taxi, because once we drove with a transfer, we didn't risk it anymore. It's late, cramped, uncomfortable, the driver is lucky at random!!! There are many different restaurants near the hotel, 5 minutes from the Mall of Emirates. The pool is small. I would like to mention a good fitness center, excellent exercise equipment.
