We flew as a family with 3 children, got into Terminal C, and suffered from secondhand smoke in the business lounge for 3 hours. The mountain architects thought of making an open smoking area above the hall. It is especially not useful for me being pregnant. They wanted comfort and got suffering.The choice of food is meager, there are no chairs for sleeping.
The order system for the lounge is also terribly done, running for half a day, and even the registration takes 40 minutes.
On the flight, the food was served for 2 hours, we still keep it, but waiting reduces children's sleep. It's a pity that the service is falling so much.

It's not enough to buy the biggest planes, you also need to make sure that people are satisfied. After the flood, the flight was canceled, and they didn't even report it. The next flight was a transit one. We were too late. It took 12 hours to register for the docking. (literally defended) It was 8 o'clock in the first queue, then the receptionist just left, despite the crowd of people, she didn't even say anything. I had to take the queue again and stand for another 4 hours. At the airport, according to the airline voucher, everything was sent to hell (not literally). There is no care for children or the elderly. There was a woman on crutches in the queue with us. No help whatsoever. No information whatsoever. No cool airplane will help with this approach.
