Everything was great. My experience with the hotel is quite good but they could've added more tables so guests wouldn't have to wait for others to finish their breakfast to have breakfast in the morning

Cozy guest house, good staff, delicious breakfast, clean room, snow-white bed linen and towels. We liked everything. The only downside is that the TV wasn't connected, but I think it could have been fixed if I called the administrator. The room has a hairdryer, air conditioning, electric kettle, tea bags. Panoramic windows overlooking the pool.

We had a rest from September 29 to October 3. Excellent location (in the city center on a quiet street). The hotel is new (only 3 years old). There are a number of serious drawbacks. There are only 4 coffee cups and a kettle in the room. At the reception desk, I broke two flimsy corkscrews while trying to open a bottle of wine. The only thing from the refrigerator is the bedside table in which it once stood. The pools were already empty. They are not intended for children and drinkers (high depth without fluctuations). Breakfast is a buffet with no special frills. It is necessary to protect the card from the lock. For the loss, they charge a fine of about 700 rubles for our money. In general, it's a decent place for a night out.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming — always ready to help with questions or recommendations, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts are included, they are simple but acceptable for a short stay — they won't bother you in a couple of days. The shower needs to be repaired: the condition is outdated, which reduces convenience. At night, the hallway is noisy, the sound insulation of the doors is weak — all the sounds from the hallway penetrate into the room, interfering with rest. In general, it's fine for the economy option, if you don't expect luxury - it's suitable for a short stop on a trip. I recommend considering these nuances.

Despite the large number of rooms in a small area, everything is thought out. There's plenty of room for everyone at breakfast. During the day, you can always use the kitchen area to warm up or eat. In the evening, you can freely spend time in the courtyard, by the pool or behind the dastarkhan. The guys at the reception are ready to answer any questions and help. Mirabad market is within walking distance. Of the disadvantages, I note only the lack of options for rooms with double beds.

We stayed at this hotel with the team, only because of the price and the fact that they provided a meal package (lunch and dinner). The hotel was on solid 2, the terrible smell of sewage was not only in the room, but also in the building, the bed linen was not ironed, it felt like it hadn't been changed at all, the towels were stained, they asked to change, they brought us wet after an hour and a half, but without a shadow of a doubt they wanted to convince us that it was ironed linen, just a little It's cold from the weather. The breakfasts were late, although they were warned about the time.

The hotel is cool. The staff is very responsive and customer-oriented! The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. We have a set-top box installed for watching Russian channels. The Swedish breakfasts are different every day, everything is very tasty. The area is quiet, there are many cafes nearby. We had a rest in the middle of June,everything was great,we immediately checked into a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the pool,the beds are huge,the hotel itself is located in the interior of the area,quiet,somehow there are no neighbors nearby,the food was varied, but you need to come early for a change,then everyone moved in, but the girls cooks tried,all the accessories for the toilet was fully equipped,the cleaning was done, but the linen was not changed, by the way, it was time to change the towels, they had already outlived their time, They had lunch at the Mar Mar restaurant next to the hotel, they swam with pleasure in the pool, the hotel itself was clean and cozy, with a heat of 40 degrees they were happy to enter the rooms, because The air conditioner was not turned off!!We'll come back to you next time!!

The room is clean, the breakfasts are hearty and in a large assortment (dairy, meat, vegetable cuisine, rich pastries), the hotel is family-run. The pool is small, but the water is clean. The staff is pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere is calm and family friendly. The only issue is with room cleaning. They come to clean up only when you call. I liked the location of the hotel. It is located next to the metro. In short, it's a very good hotel for that amount. We will stay there next time. The hotel is not bad. But it's very noisy. And the cleaning was not present even once during the week. I put the garbage bags on the roof. The administrators are great. If you contact them, they'll do everything right away. But the maids need to be changed. A wet cleaning and towel change should be carried out at least once a day. And provision of drinking water. This is our worst hotel during our entire trip to Uzbekistan. We stayed there solely because there was a two-room room: in the photo, a bed for parents and a child stood on opposite sides of the wall. In reality, it's nothing like that: the second room is an anteroom with a dirty sofa, which I wouldn't even risk putting an adult on. There are stains on the wallpaper, there is no refrigerator, it is unpleasant to enter the bathroom – it is creepy and stinks of sewage. In general, there is a musty smell in the room. By the way, this is the first hotel where we had to put duvet covers on the blankets ourselves. The icing on the cake: when we arrived for the PAID breakfast, there was cheese, sausage and a couple of types of sweet rolls on the buffet table. On the plus side: the mattresses are comfortable. The room has disposable slippers and sets of paste/brush, air conditioning, hairdryer.
