We had a rest in March 2024 at this hotel. I really liked the hotel itself, beautiful, and its location, almost in the historical center of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly, especially the Russian-speaking girl, the manager, is always ready to prompt and help. Although it should be noted that the other guys are also very attentive and even try to speak a little Russian, which is very nice! The breakfasts are delicious and, of course, the coffee is amazing! A wonderful chain hotel within a 5-minute walk to the embankment and Galata Tower. Excellent location of the hotel Very stylish rooms, good breakfasts. There is a small breakfast terrace where you can sit outside with a view of the Bosphorus. Beautiful lobby. Everything is very stylish. Good service. I will be happy to come here again.

I liked the hotel. Convenient location. Near Istiklal, Galata, metro. Comparatively, the port is nearby. Quiet and cozy. The only negative is, don't take the 0201 number. There is an external air conditioning unit for the entire hotel behind the wall of the room. There is a hum at night and the wall vibrates. We checked into it only because the hotel was on the "stop ". Completely filled in. The next day, the room was changed without question, as the guests had checked out and rooms were available. Not to say that the breakfasts are particularly chic, but the hotel is good for its price.
