The hotel is disgusting, the room is never cleaned, water, toilet paper need to be begged, while they laugh in the eyes. There is no hot water in the rooms, and there is no tea or coffee for lunch or dinner. Employees of the canteen (you can't call it a restaurant) monitor the amount of food eaten. All employees have the same answer - everything is OK, what's the problem?

This is a great hotel. I really liked the staff - they are sensitive, responsive, it is clear that they are trying very hard to satisfy all customer requests. They moved us to another room three floors above, according to a claim due to the smell in the room. Respect to the management for the quality and service…

The worst hotel experience ever! 1) number: - the tile floor is so cold that we had to lay the bedspreads on the floor. - a terrible bathroom that wasn't washed at all; a broken shower that can't be used, with a stream of hot water in 10 minutes - the cherry on the cake. - the windows were never washed, so one could only guess about the ‘sea view’. - the room was adjacent, with a door to the next room. Accordingly, every sneeze was audible. 2) the sheets are all stained, it's not even clear if they were changed on request or not. 3) The ‘spa’ on the top floor is an obvious hangout. 4) a very strange choice of breakfast dishes

A wonderful hotel! The staff are mostly Hindus, but there are also Russian-speaking Kazakhs, the first coastline, the sandy beach, periodic ebbs and tides do not overshadow the rest at all, the water is always warm!
