Careful, Freedom Motors . Arrakeen LLC (Minsk): false information about cars, hidden defects, disclaimer! Freedom Motors LLC Arrakeen (auto assembly services, information support for car purchases from the USA/Korea/Europe/China) Minsk, Odoevsky str., 115a, office 273 No. 0833 dated 09/20/2025 I ordered an information support service when buying a car. Under the agreement, the company is obligated to provide reliable information about the technical condition of the vehicle (clause 2.2), including the possibility to request additional photos. I was informed that "everything is fine with the car," "there was no accident," "the nuance is only one painting of the left rear door." After receiving the car (February 2026), he revealed ** many hidden defects** that were not specified: - poor-quality painting of the front and rear bumpers; - painting of the front passenger door (different color); - swelling of the paintwork on the trunk lid; - damage to the front cooling intercooler (mechanical damage to the nozzle); - cracked and fogged taillights; - replacement of the front bumper grille; - abnormal installation of elements; - the suspension anthers are torn. At the time of the car selection, the company could not give an accurate description of the car for several hours. At the time of the car's delivery, the delivery dates were constantly changing and there was no clear answer. I couldn't tell where the car was (from 12/23/2025 to 01/05/2026 — without a clear answer). They couldn't open the barcode that they threw off to me! The technical passport was provided in an inadequate quality, which caused the customs to lose several hours, as a result, I had to stay in Minsk for 24 hours. How did the company respond to the claim: Returned 499 rubles. for services (it was recognized). The damages were refused, referring to clauses 6.1 and 6.7 of the contract, which state that they "are not responsible for the accuracy of information about the car." My opinion: The contract is designed to shift all risks onto the client. At the same time, the company positions itself as a professional auto-assembly. If they cannot check even the obvious traces of body repairs, the technical condition is even at a minimum level. The company either formally responded to my pre-trial claims or ignored them. Recommendation: Think twice before contacting Arrakeen LLC. Freedom Motors. If you decide, record everything: every promise in writing, request additional photos before purchase, check the car with an independent expert examination immediately after receipt. And be prepared that the company will not be responsible for hidden defects. Consult with a lawyer before signing the contract. If anyone wants to learn more about the cooperation, photos of defects, screenshots of correspondence, copies of claims and the company's response, I will provide upon request.
