Lovely apartment, good security, rooftop pool with a beautiful view. Everything is at a high level.
Well suited for long-term living.
Multi-level Parking.
There is a transfer to the beach and to the Dubai Mall.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation.
For a long stay, they are quite monotonous.
Of the minuses - disgusting coffee and monotony at breakfast, sometimes oatmeal porridge is lumpy, then liquid, last year there was another restaurant - the food was much better in quality.
Otherwise, everything is at a good level!

An excellent Marriott hotel . The hotel is still 4 years old and is quite suitable for long-term living, that's right, many are here, like me. ;) I lived in the hotel for 5 months, there is a kitchen area with a gas stove and a washing machine. The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous. There is a swimming pool on the roof and also a small gym.
