A good complex, with security and a beautiful landscaped area. There are almost no people. However, the area itself is residential and very boring. Well, after the earthquakes, we went to look at the construction of buildings and did not see the "pillows" in case of earthquakes.. in my opinion, this is a mandatory requirement for a business class house, especially since it is right on the seashore
