I would like to express my great gratitude to the owners, investors and employees of this hotel. When you get to this hotel, you see a lot of work done at all stages of the implementation of this project, because everything is thought out to the smallest detail – design, concept, service and service. The exterior and interior in the common areas are gorgeous, the rooms are clean, nothing superfluous, furniture and plumbing are of high quality, everything is clean and works. A la carte breakfasts to choose from - American, Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, etc. (seven if I'm not mistaken) + porridge in the load for those who eat from the Belly. There are no disadvantages if you do not ask yourself to search for them. Thank you so much for the rest.

I don't know where they found good service in this hotel. I fell for the reviews. The staff at the restaurant and at the reception are more attentive. The windows overlook the trees and are quiet. That's all. The worst thing is that the rooms are not cleaned here. I came here for work and checked in for a week, as the office is located not far from Gagarin Street. But this is terrible, for three days no one even looked into my room. My trash cans are corny, toilet paper is out, towels just don't dry out because there are no electric towel dryers. When I came and saw that he had not removed me, they told me that they could come late at night. I say okay, I'll be waiting. No one came, the next day in the morning he specifically asked me to clean it. I came to the hotel at 8 pm, no one came, the room already smelled of garbage and towels. It's just creepy. I met the maid, she said she could just bring me some water, since they don't have time to clean up. I went down to the reception and asked for a complaint book. They said she wasn't there. And finally. It doesn't matter how heavy your suitcases are or what floor you're on. The elevator is temporarily (permanently) not working. Take it on foot.

Небольшая уютная гостиница!!
Персонал вежливый и внимательный.
Относительно близко к выставочному центру и ценник был вменяемый, не скажу, что дешёвый, но вменяемый.
В номере все чисто, уборку проводили ежедневно (даже одноразовые тапки заменяли на новые каждый день 😂).
Небольшой уютный дворик - очень душевно утром туда было выйти с кофе. Кстати кофе на завтраках варят и это огромный респект.
Завтрак нужно выбирать из 3-х вариантов (английский, французский и ещё какой-то), но не скажу, что он скудный. В целом - вкусно!!
Единственный небольшой минус - плохая работа интернета. Очень часто не возможно было подключиться к wi-fi и персонал вынужден был перегружать роутеры.
Глобально отличный вариант для командировки. И в следующий раз скорее всего его же и выберу.

I came to Almaty on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. The room is comfortable, attentive receptionists at the reception. Breakfast is included in the room rate. It's very tasty. The only drawback is not the buffet. There are two dishes to choose from. You order and wait. Since you rush to do more on business trips and often need to have a quick breakfast and go to work, waiting for tomorrow took a long time, only 20 minutes I sat and waited for it to be cooked. In general, the hotel is great, but if there was also a buffet, then the hotel would be just perfect!

An average hotel. The room has a kettle, two tea bags, and a small bottle of water. TV, refrigerator. The food in the restaurant is not bad and not expensive. Breakfast is on the menu. A couple of types of porridge and scrambled eggs, omelette. You can order coffee. Now the cons. The elevator is not working. Find out about it. Cleaning in the evenings is really annoying. You come to the room after 18 and they knock, like cleaning. Thanks, but it would have been a whole day for this. In general, the impressions are bad because of this.

One of the advantages of this hotel is the change of administrators who checked us in. That's where the advantages end.
Minuses:
- the sauna that is included in the price is not a sauna. Although, maybe I don't have the same opinion about the sauna with the person who cooked it. Sorry, but the Finnish sauna is 40 degrees, it's not a sauna!
- in the morning there was no cold water at all. No warnings, nothing. Accordingly, do not go to the toilet and do not wash in the shower.
- terrible breakfast service. The waiter forgot about our orders, as a result, after 30 minutes of waiting and indignation that breakfast was brought to people who came later than us, she brought absolutely not what we ordered. The breakfast order also included porridge, which we did not wait for. There is a coffee machine behind the bar, but for some reason instant coffee is made, which I will not even offer to the enemy.
And in terms of breakfast, we are not the only ones. This hotel is not designed for a large number of guests.
The morning is ruined, I do not advise anyone to stay at this hotel!!!

There are some more stains on the wall. In addition to the main lighting, there are only two weak lamps high above the bed, the windows are darkened, you will not be able to read or work. It is also inconvenient in small things, for example, there are no stands for toothbrushes, the watering can does not weigh as it does not fit into the mount, the faucet is generally screwed on the other side, there are no mosquito nets, so mosquitoes and bees are our friends. My stay here was unforgettable from start to finish. A pleasant surprise was their breakfast – varied and hearty, the perfect start to the day before new adventures.

The spa treatments at the hotel turned out to be a salvation after a busy day – relaxing treatments and the professional approach of the staff made my stay even more pleasant and memorable.

A colleague canceled his reservation for a fully paid room - he had to urgently look for a place to stay at night. I have a 4th floor without an elevator. The ligaments on the knee are damaged and it was a real hell to drag things in. Every day I had to put up with the lack of towels-they forgot to put them when cleaning. The cleaning itself in the evening - you can barely climb the stairs, and then you wait until the room is vacated. The service is frankly weak. I do not recommend this place. According to colleagues, there are better and cheaper nearby.

Замечательный отдых в отеле "Саквояж"!
Недавно я имел удовольствие провести несколько незабываемых дней в отеле "Саквояж" и хочу поделиться своими положительными впечатлениями. Всё, от самого начала и до конца, оставило у меня только приятные воспоминания.
Первое, что бросается в глаза - это стильный и уютный интерьер отеля. Номера оформлены со вкусом и продуманы до мелочей. Чистота в номерах на высшем уровне, и, хотя уборка проводится каждый день, было бы достаточно и через день - настолько аккуратно и чисто здесь.
Качество завтраков в ресторане отеля также не оставило меня равнодушным. На выбор 3 вида завтраков и небольшой шведский стол с выпечкой и арбузом с дыней. Всё приготовлено с любовью и профессионализмом.
Но самое главное - это люди, которые делают этот отель таким особенным. Весь персонал крайне вежлив, отзывчив и всегда готов помочь. Они действительно заботятся о комфорте и удовлетворении потребностей своих гостей.
В отличие от других гостей, в первый же день меня пригласили в сауну)
Сеть Wi-Fi бывает отваливается, но это мелочи, т. к. есть хороший сиглан Lte.
В целом, "Саквояж" - это прекрасный выбор для тех, кто хочет провести незабываемый отпуск или деловую поездку. Здесь сочетаются все необходимые условия для комфортного отдыха, и я безусловно рекомендую этот отель всем своим друзьям и знакомым.

Гостиница расположена на относительно тихой улице (напротив частная клиника). По утрам довольно шумно, позже уже меньше суеты и потише. До выставочного комплекса Атакент около 15 минут пешком, в противоположной стороне есть очень большой торговый центр Мега Алматы.
Мебель номеров, двери и все холлы отделаны качественным, натуральным деревом и гранитом, а вот сантехника и душевые уже довольно изношенные.
Завтрак сытный, но подаётся исключительно по запросу одного из трех вариантов (французский, английский, классический).
Несмотря на то, что завтрак подаётся в местном кафе, но оно работает только с 8-10 утра, после этого поесть в гостинице нельзя. Рядом есть кафе синего цвета - готовят плохо, ценник дорогой. Но, в 10 минутах есть хороший ресторан Павлин Мавлин, а в 15 минутах уже есть значительно больше хороших мест для питания.
Стандартные номера не очень просторные, но вполне уютные.
Недостатки гостиницы:
- Завтрак готовится не менее 15 минут, но было что пришлось ждать больше 30 минут. Так что будьте готовы и идите на завтрак раньше если не хотите опоздать по своим делам.
- кафе работает только с 8:00. Если вам надо поесть раньше 8 утра, то скорее всего вы свой завтрак не получите, несмотря на то, что его оплатили.
- матрасы довольно мягкие и уже не совсем качественные - будьте готовы к ощущению пружинных блоков.
- в шкафу всегда только 2 вешалки, полок внизу нет.
- холодильника нет.
- уборка номеров должна быть каждый день, но в реальности горничные часто забывают делать это.
- за раннее заселение и чуть более поздний выезд (даже за 1 час) с вас попросят оплату за половину суток.
- интернет не очень быстрый и работает далеко не во всех номерах (особенно в крайних). Поменял несколько номеров, но даже в самом центре гостиницы есть сигнал у дверей, а у окна уже почти не работает.
- несмотря на то, что в гостинице заявлена сауна, то попасть туда практически не реально. Каждый раз когда обращаешься на ресепшен, то она уже занята кем-то другим.

Unfortunately, I cannot boast of good service and conditions.
Whether it's a hotel, a hotel, a guest house or any other housing service, there must be a minimum set of services and comfort everywhere, otherwise what are we paying for?
From 10.12 to 15.12 I was honored to stay in this hotel, in Almaty -25/-27 and there is no HEATING! I think it makes no sense to continue further, the result is just moved to another hotel!
Be sure to prepare for the unexpected, carefully request all information from the services where you book your stay!

В целом уютный отель. Чистые номера, очень хорошие завтраки, вежливый персонал.
Но есть и минусы. Главные из них:
1. Чтобы пошла горячая вода, надо подождать минимум 5 минут.
2. Постоянно и надолго отваливается wi-fi.
3. В моем номере не работал кондиционер. Сутки жил в жаре потом переехал в другой номер.

Безумно приятный персонал на ресепшен, очень заботливые и красивые девушки.
Завтрак не пробовал, не расскажу. Район тихий, ночью прям тишина. Номер чистый, но бедный.
Что не понравилось:
1. Круглосуточно слышна рация у клирингового персонала
2. Стены из картона, слышно как дышат за стеной, не говоря уже о воде и других звуках
3. Около кровати 3 выключателя и только 1 розетка. Почему так?
4. В номере должна быть вода по правилам, положили только на 3 день
5. В гардеробе сколько вешалок должно быть? Была 1.
6. Грязную одежду гость куда должен деть? Положите мешки для прачечной!
7. Измените на Wi-Fi протокол безопасности на более высокий, из-за текущих настроек ни одно нормальное корпоративное устройство не подключается.

Неплохой отель, но со своими минусами. Из плюсов: небольшой тихий чистый отель со свежим ремонтом, отзывчивый персонал. Минусы: некоторые элементы мебели уже потерты, завтраки начинаются с 8.00 (для деловых поездок поздновато), на завтрак сходил только один раз - слабый выбор, слабое качество, кофе, видимо с азс роснефти.
