I love this chain of coffee shops. But, unfortunately, this particular establishment was a bit disappointing. I was here during the day, on a weekday. There weren't many visitors, but there was only one employee working in the establishment (who took orders and made them), which was why the order took a considerable amount of time to prepare. There were no ingredients for the position I originally wanted. Therefore, I decided to order a new position for the establishment and for myself, despite its cost (I don't remember the specific name, but it was associated with Dubai chocolate). As a result, the drink was very disappointing. It was a weak, slightly sweet cocoa, without a single hint of any taste. In short, it's almost water. Delicious, fast, high quality! Friendly and courteous staff, they do it quickly, even despite the large flow of people! The wishes are always taken into account and the coffee shop itself is quite cozy.
