They refused to sell at the price on the site, they said we would not sell you anything and were not going to explain anything. Rude communication of sellers, ignoring in correspondence. I do not advise you to choose a service in this company, as well as to buy goods from them, because if something happens to your product, they will behave exactly the same way. PS. They tried to conduct the conversation culturally and within reasonable limits, both in correspondence and on the phone, but they talked to us very badly.

We are from Samarkand, placed an order for Cougar Armor Elite Royal chairs, transferred the payment (in the morning) and the guys shipped the goods on the same day, the next day the BTS service was already delivered to the house. There are questions about the quality of the chairs (out of 5 by 4.5), but overall everything is fine, we have been using them for 2 months, they do not creak, nothing is broken (except for the side plastic lining).

I decided to buy a monitor, I chose a monitor from the Pixel company, I decided to give the domestic manufacturer the opportunity to prove itself, there was hope. I called them, started asking about the monitor, because the characteristics were too good for their price, they told me, "People are buying, the monitors are good, no one has complained yet.". There was a one-year warranty, I started asking about it (you yourself understand how the warranty works in our country - in no way) they told me, "No, no, if something goes wrong, we will immediately change everything for you, we will come and figure it out. We have a real guarantee." The monitor was brought to me, I paid for it. The first alarm call, I should have been given a check, should have been emailed, but nothing happened. I thought, well, okay, I'm going to check the monitor. I turn on the monitor, and the image soaps, each object is followed by its "shadow", this effect is called gouging and when the maximum exposure was turned on, the monitor started to go crazy. I called them, told them everything, they took the monitor and arrived. Then they started calling me and saying, everything is fine, it works, I said that I don't need a monitor with image blur, to which I received the answer, "This is not a marriage, you chose this monitor yourself, it's budget, what did you want for this money? Let's buy it for $500 if you want a normal image." I said that even budget monitors do not suffer from gouging (image blurring), change to another monitor or return the money. I started to get nervous that I had been cheated out of $185 and was already passively aggressive. As a result, he (the seller) started to hang up. I thought, OK, I'm going to write a complaint to consumer protection, but I needed a receipt. I called another number to get a check out of them, but they already know about me and started saying, "We know you want to file a complaint, we won't give you anything," I was like, "Let's do it the bad way then?", they told me, "Let's do it the bad way." In the end, they got scared and returned the money to me, not completely (the monitor cost 2,100,000 soums, and they returned 1,900,000), But history taught me a lot, I don't want anyone to get into the same situation.
