For many years, due to the lack of an alternative, I have been using the services of this airline, I even bothered to become their passenger on an equal footing with the same status as Star Alliance airlines, so I have something to compare with.
To begin with, everything seems fine exactly until you have a problem and contact support. There will be no help and/or adequate response from the staff. One gets the impression that the support staff of such an airline is, to put it mildly, unprofessional or does not have enough chromosomes. We all know the proverb "I'm talking about Ivan, and he's talking about a blockhead", it reflects the work of Azal employees as it is.
I really do not recommend using this airline if you do not want to waste your nerves.
