Overall the company is good. Front house at the airport and cabin crew are very professional. But, their weakest link is in handling the check-in luggage. The recent flight just freaked me out. The spinner wheel of an "unkillable" Samsonite softshell suitcase was damaged. On a return flight it's doomed to be finished. Forfeiting a new 300€ suitcase for a round trip is a luxury(!).

We flew Azalom to Formula 1 in Baku. It's a fairy tale!!!! The flight departs on time, without delays, the plane is clean, there is enough legroom, the food is delicious, the staff is pleasant, everything is just great!!!! I recommend flying. And back again, everything is clearly on schedule, it's so great in our difficult times.

Hello! This is not the first time I have flown with this airline, the service is always at a very high level. I would like to especially highlight the support service, I contacted them through letters. They always respond Immediately. My issues were resolved both times when I applied. The first time in Covid, they gave detailed explanations on the current covid rules, the second time on the ticket refund. The funds were returned to the card immediately after the request. I've read a lot of negative reviews, it's a pity that passengers often encounter problems.

I flew with Azal Airlines twice and both times the flights were delayed. The first time, everything is still fine, we were warned in advance, without any special inconveniences. On January 9th, 2025, it was hell. The flight delay notification did not arrive, I found out that the plane does not take off on time only at the airport. The flight was delayed for 6 hours, we were flying with a transfer and did not have time to catch the next plane. There is not a single representative of the airline at the airport, no one answered calls and messages. Due to the unjustified delay of the flight, I did not have time for work, there was supposed to be an important meeting. The carrier refused to provide a hotel, pay for meals. We spent the night at the airport, only took off in the morning, the next flight to the final destination was late in the evening. As a result, we are on the road for a day, although it takes 5 hours to fly. Customer orientation- 0. Taking care of your passengers is 0. I still haven't received a response.

What a disrespect for passengers. We arrived for registration in 40 minutes, and we were told that registration was over. Why is it not indicated anywhere that the international registration ends in an hour? There was an hour left before the plane took off. There are simply no words , I do not recommend this air campaign.

horror. There are no other words to find. Prices are always huge and almost always rising. Especially before the holidays. Talking about discounts is also a hoax. Buying tickets on the website is a problem. They are forced to use the services of travel agencies. Miles for flights are not taken into account at all. one deception. We lost our luggage once. They found it the next day. The suitcase was returned broken without a wheel. And why do people buy tickets? we are forced to use their services due to the lack of an alternative. If there was a choice, I would never use their services.

It's not the first time I've flown. Despite various negative reviews, I want to say: the airline is good and justifies its national essence: hospitality and hospitality. Although the planes themselves are far from new, but the staff, their politeness and courtesy will give Aeroflot a head start. The excellent menu on board in economy class, the availability of entertainment from the airline via wi-fi made the 3.5 hour journey easy and comfortable. Fly, don't be afraid) Much better than the wretched U-tire on the same routes!!!

It's just a mess, flights are canceled for no reason, but our plane will be sent in another direction and you are simply confronted with the fact and no one does anything, as if this is normal, everyone is being sent to each other, no one wants to help and help solve the problem. Okay, you can also understand that you fly with low-cost airlines when the ticket is cheap, and they always try to help you, but you pay a lot of money for the ticket and you're just being muddied. If you can't organize anything, stop monopolizing the market and allow normal companies to operate in Azerbaijan. I do not advise anyone to use their services if you value your time and nerves.

One of the best airlines that we fly!!! For 8 years I have been trying to take tickets to them! Excellent service, responsive flight attendants, great food with a choice of menus even in the economy! There is not a single complaint!! I flew the last time a month ago, I'm flying in another week. I am completely satisfied!

NEVER AGAIN. This is a lesson for life. I've flown a lot, but I've never seen such nonsense. Tickets are not cheap. Commission 75%. Any force majeure falls on the shoulders of the buyer. The functionality of the application and the site is as limited as possible and is not informative. All questions (flight status, booking, cancellations, postponements, refunds, etc.) are sent exclusively by mail. Losses after all negotiations on the result amounted to over $ 400, this is at a ticket price of $ 220. (Excluding the forced 2-day stop at the hotel) The money under the contract is returned within 33 days, but in fact you need to swear and write statements and fight for your 25%. The covid rules of travel on the website differ from the actual ones at the airport. January 23rd.

I highly do not recommend this airline. 75% of the ticket price was withheld upon return. The support said: "Only if you cancel the ticket within 3 hours after purchase - we will refund you the full cost. If later than 3 hours - we hold 75%. Company policy." To my question, what should I do if I have a flight in a month and I cancel my ticket, say, a day after purchase, they answered: "You had to buy an Economy Safe ticket (or something called that), then for 35 euros we would refund the ticket price to you." Awesome, guys. Thank you for "writing" about this in large letters when ordering tickets from you. This is all despite the fact that when buying through OneTwoTrip, the option for a refund was paid for!

The best airlines, Milan - Baku, have flown recently. Maintenance, takeoff, landing - excellent. The seats in the cabin are normal , not small . The flight attendants are very helpful, the food is above all called. The price is also very nice for a ticket, unexpectedly nice. Thanks!

For many years, due to the lack of an alternative, I have been using the services of this airline, I even bothered to become their passenger on an equal footing with the same status as Star Alliance airlines, so I have something to compare with. To begin with, everything seems fine exactly until you have a problem and contact support. There will be no help and/or adequate response from the staff. One gets the impression that the support staff of such an airline is, to put it mildly, unprofessional or does not have enough chromosomes. We all know the proverb "I'm talking about Ivan, and he's talking about a blockhead", it reflects the work of Azal employees as it is. I really do not recommend using this airline if you do not want to waste your nerves.

They do not return the money for almost a year, they are fed breakfast, or they simply ignore it. They did not fly to Italy by mistake , and they did not fly out of Italy through their own fault !! I no longer know where to write and call, everywhere is ignored. When will you return the money???!!!!!

We flew this airline Azal Azerbaijan-Georgia. The plane was descending from 10,000 to 3,000, there was a depressurization of the cabin. My husband has a professional watch, it shows pressure and altitude on them. The pressure was 600! Can you imagine that? This is death. And then the nose of the plane down and falling from 10 thousand to 3 in 1.5 minutes. They didn't tell us anything, we thought we were going to die (a sharp decline). My blood vessels burst, a sharp pain in my chest, I lost consciousness. Since then, pressure, dizziness, a lot of problems. And I'm 33 years old. This company did not specifically announce to passengers what was going on in order not to pay medical insurance. I did not examine people on arrival, there were also elderly people who staggered out! And this fear when the plane was losing altitude and no one said anything. Further, when we arrived, we were kept like cattle in the corridor for 15 minutes. As we later realized, so that no one would be surprised by the condition of the passengers, many were staggering, crying. Everyone was so shocked that no one tried to protest, to demand something, for example, doctors. It was terrible. I will never fly with this company and I beg you not to fly They treat people like cattle. I wish the founders and everyone who made such a decision then on the plane that the earth burned under your feet, so that you would find out what health problems are, so that you and your loved ones would be treated like cattle. After that incident, I was treated for a year - there were very big problems with pressure, although there had never been anything like this before. She fainted. There are still seizures now. Be damned for this attitude .

On May 04, the spouse flew from Domodedovo to Baku. He carried a large sum of money with him in his pants pockets. The border guards asked if there was money in the bag in the luggage, they were told no, and it was true. In Baku, the spouse received his luggage - a suitcase bag, fabric, was wrapped at home independently with stretch film. There is a fist-sized hole on one side, i.e. a hole was made in the bag. Things inside were all in a mess and a can of canned food was broken!, the contents stained things and food packages. That's what to do with it, who is doing this? Representatives read carefully, punish the guilty and compensate for the damage suffered!
