Excellent service in the coffee shop on the Castle 2nd floor, intern Sofia is smart, everything is cheerful and polite and all the drinks were great.. as well as the Caneloni with lemon curd!

Disgusting service. Why are there 3 or even 4 baristas??? So they can talk to each other??? Even when 2-3 people are in line to buy coffee, you have to wait at least 10 minutes, and if there are more people, you can simply go to another place. The coffee is good, but it's not worth the wait. If someone cares: management - figure out the quality of your employees' work; customers - don't waste your time, if it seems to you that it just so happens that one customer is served for a very long time, and the next one will be prepared for you quickly - no, they always have it that way and if you value your time - go to any other coffee shop in the castle
