I took a barbecue there more than once. I am completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the dishes. Many people are biased judging by the comments. In principle, when there are a lot of visitors, the staff will not be able to physically serve everyone at once, cooking takes some time, and again the human factor, people work there and also get tired and sometimes forget. Who wrote 30 minutes waiting for a barbecue? Does it take 5 minutes to prepare? Respect work and be reasonable. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
