They haven’t cleaned it once in a week, and we still pay money for some stains, but they don’t remove them themselves, the air conditioner barely blows, the sink doesn’t drain, 1 star is deserved

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to! The main disadvantage is the administration. They will do ABSOLUTELY nothing and only make your stay worse every day. They will not respond to any request. Now the renovation has been done suddenly and there is such a sound that it feels like they are drilling right in your room. The kitchen often has a disgusting smell. There are cockroaches on floors 1 to 4. The room is cleaned disgustingly, if you need to fix the sink, they come and stand with their shoes on the carpet in the bathroom. We've replaced all the taps so that it's running a little bit now, otherwise God forbid for such and such money (about 170 tons per month), you'll waste their precious water. The walls are constantly being painted - there is a smell. They arrange parties every Fri-Sun so that it is impossible to sleep from the hum. When you ask to make it quieter, they say that we were warned that there would be a party (they are endless here). The sink is clogged every two weeks. In general, the service is the worst I've ever seen. A thigh-deep pool is for small children. The cherry on the cake is the smell in the area. Since there is no sewage system in Dubai, they bring absolutely all waste to the area and 2-3 times a week it stinks so much that it is impossible to leave without a gag reflex. The air conditioner also stinks. The administration does everything in parallel, they only imitate the work, or they can actually help in the first month so that you sign a contract with him. Oh yes, at the conclusion of the contract, if you want to move out earlier, you have to pay in full for a month. They use this and build their endless rules, which infringe on you more and more every day. The rooms themselves are beautiful and comfortable. Bed linen is not changed, for every little thing there will be a fine at check-out. Oh, the cleaners can also (!!) complain to the administration that you don't clean your room well (cleaning is included in the price once a week), for which you will be sent a letter that you will be evicted if you don't clean up. In the cafeteria, the food looks like it's for prisoners. There is no hair dryer, no kettle initially, nothing. In the kitchen, everything left behind (down to the pans and the air grill) can be permanently thrown out at one moment, because they decided so. Washing machines break down all the time, they don't fix them, and you have to spend about three hours doing your laundry. The dryers also don't work or work poorly. There are many more disadvantages, but the main ones are the disgusting, disgusting smell and the endless hum - sometimes from parties, sometimes from repairs. You won't be able to learn.
