All the locals called him their Grandfather, he did a lot for the country! His memory is greatly revered. There is a parking lot and a park nearby. I really liked the complex itself, there is an elevator for the elderly. Everything is clean and tidy. It offers a great view of the city. You can visit his house nearby, where he lived. You can also learn a lot about human life there.

It's a beautiful place. Inside the attraction is a market with souvenirs and local goods. It is especially beautiful in the evening during the laser show.

It's a very atmospheric place. It takes your breath away when you feel the scale. To visit Samarkand without visiting this square, consider and have not been! The mosaic ornament is fascinating, and each madrasah has its own specifics. The small cells are rich in various souvenirs, and if you get to the concert, then this is an unheard-of luck!

The resting place of the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The location is very good, not far from Afrosiab and Shahi Zinda, beautiful view from the terrace to the historical part of the city (Bibi Khanum mosque and Bibi Khanum mausoleum). It's very beautiful all around. Lots of greenery, flowers. People honor and numerous delegations come to pray and pay tribute to the first president. Visit here and enjoy the beauty and splendor.

The resting place of the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Many of the locals remember him in conversation with a kind word. The location is very good, not far from Afrosiab and Shahi Zinda, there is a beautiful view of the city, the Bibi Khanum mosque and its mausoleum. You will visit here, touch not only the ancient, but also the relatively recent history of Uzbekistan.

It's a gorgeous, beautiful place. If you walk up a Quiet road 500-700 meters, you will get to the Afrosiap Museum, plus you can enter the territory of the settlement itself, from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the mountains.

It is a place where the grandeur of history meets the beauty of oriental architecture. The atmosphere is mesmerizing, and the details of the madrasah are amazing in their perfection. I am proud that such a treasure is located in Uzbekistan.

A small monument to the first president of Uzbekistan in the park will not regret the Registan. The park itself is young, there are many trees, but few places where you can sit down. There are fountains.

A great place for tourist visits, beautiful lighting effects accompanied by music in the evening. In the evening, it's convenient to sit on the marble steps and watch the show.

Uzbekistan should start with this landmark! An analogue of the Red Square in Moscow. Very monumental . The guide told us a lot of interesting things about construction. I remember the turn of the tower.

Three madrassas, you need to see that, huge buildings are illuminated in the evening, and in the courtyards of each there are shops where you can buy souvenirs and national clothes

Before visiting the complex, it is better to delve a little into the history in order to better understand why Islam Karimov is so revered. You can take a guide, but everyone's point of view is different.

Lacquered new model. At the same time, it is a very beautiful complex. And the mausoleum, of course, is rich. But they are not allowed inside the premises of the complex. A beautiful bridge leads to the complex, in the evening everything is very elegantly illuminated. But there is no history as such. But since it is located a step away from Shahi Zayed and Bibi Khanum, it is worth a visit.

This golden age happened in the history of Samarkand - the time of Timur and his closest descendants. Most of the monuments of this period are quite impressive, but they are very similar to each other. Of course, it's worth a look. But I don't think I can go back.

It's beautiful both at night and during the day, but every time paying for a ticket to get to the square is a bit strange, we could have made at least one ticket for the day so that we could watch at different times of the day

It's a very beautiful place. They are well watched and cared for. I think this, in addition to the monument of antiquity, can also be called a monument to the USSR and Soviet scientists and restorers.

In the courtyard of an ancient mosque, well-maintained guarded territory. It is clean and cozy and there is even an official Quran reader. They entered from the right side and exited from the left side. The mosque is not valid, but allows you to pray.

I took a walk. Everything is very beautiful. But there are two disadvantages. At the exit, or rather after crossing the bridge, there is no passage from sellers of calendars, photographers and beggars. And after crossing the bridge in the coffee shop on the right side, buy a glass Coca Cola 0.33 at the price of 2 liters 15,000

It is beautiful and rich, but still such mausoleums or tombs are the lot of the past centuries, when the external attributes of power and wealth were considered more important than deeds and the memory of the name of national favorites.

Admission is free, there is a great view of the city, to the inner area (I do not know what the correct name of this room is, men pray there)the entrance is only in closed clothes (especially for girls, they won't let them in shorts), you can't take pictures in the courtyard, but outside in the outer aisles and balconies everyone takes pictures and no one cursed, I didn't regret coming at all. From there, I walked along a small bridge to the bazaar, from the entrance to the bazaar you can drive walking cars to the Registan for 3 thousand.sum. I'm happy!

It's very exciting. The memorial complex is located in the former residence of the first president of Uzbekistan "Oqsaroy". Previously, until 1999, there was a children's park on this territory, and before it there was a fortress erected after the annexation of Tashkent to the Russian Empire.

It doesn't make sense to go in and pay 65,000 😠 It looks the same from afar as up close, even worse. The mosque was closed, no one warned! And each yard is a large number of souvenir shops😡 Do not go in, do not waste time and money!
