She moved to Dubai. I wanted to find a place with quality services, like in Moscow. Quickly, efficiently. I saw an advertisement for this place from bloggers. I came for a manicure - as a result, the device scratched the nail plate. I did a manicure without coating. And they cut their finger three times. I came for eyelashes, 2D extension - 3 hours of time. In Russia, such a service is provided in 1.5 hours maximum. I asked the master for a specific task and showed him. What I usually do. I said I didn't like it. As a result, the master did everything she could. She increased everything she asked not to do, because she does it well, but in Moscow they do it badly, and she believes that it should have been done, everything as she sees it. The result is eyelashes like spiders, time and money spent, and the eyes are very red. Master Natalia does not know how to hear the client.

I went to the eyelash extension procedure. The eyelashes were increased so that after completion, the eyes hurt and the eyelids swelled. I realized this only after 3 hours of the procedure.
In response to my comment, the master suggested that I take off my eyelashes, but I could not do it, since I spent 4 hours of my life at that moment to do this procedure. I had to go to an event the next day and I couldn't go without eyelashes.
When I approached the payment, the administrators began to mock me, talk with banter and claim that this was their first time and there was something wrong with me (with my eyelashes and me, in general)
After my comments that I want to get a discount, as I am dissatisfied with the procedure for obvious reasons, they continued to react to me as if I came for free.
In summary, the disgusting service and the quality of services.
