We took photos to the album for the children. It's just awful! Half of them have distorted faces, while others have +10 kg in the photo. The photographers didn't choose the poses at all, as if they were taking pictures from the most unfortunate angles on purpose. Why put all the children on this white one at all? There was a split into two and one spread, my child waited 3 hours for everyone else to be photographed, moreover, there was absolutely nowhere to wait. Either stand or sit on the benches in Oldcity. The photographer didn't let me see the photos, they didn't take pictures. It's very interesting about poses in general.

We ordered 22 albums for graduation from school. they threw off the list of students, as a result, they did not send photos correctly 3 times, it was not enough that there were not enough students all the time, and they sent photos of students from other classes altogether The albums were delayed for 2 months!!! The photos are pale, the teacher was like a white spot with eyes.. I'm not talking about the quality of the photo at all 😡 I don't advise anyone to go there to make albums.

terrible printing, careless, unskilled staff. they ignore the initial request and do it their own way, and then twist everything and say that the mistake was on the part of the customer. now I understand that everything should be prescribed down to the most minor nuances, and it is better to draw up a contract with the possibility of refunding funds for inappropriate printing. overpaying several times, you want to get a decent job and not feel gaslighting in your direction when you point out the mistakes of employees, and they begin to assure you that the request was originally like that, although this is far from the case. The most terrible printing house in the city, I will never print here again.
