They told the waiter about it, after which the receptionist came and began to prove that everything was fine with the dish and that it was intended that way. When asked why it could not be removed from the bill, they replied that they could not do so, since in their opinion there was nothing wrong with the dish. When we refused to pay, they agreed and said with a sad face that the waiter would probably pay for this dish. In general, everything is not bad, but the service is worth working on. Putting pressure on emotions so that we pay for this dish, proving to customers that it tastes like it's meant to is not the best position to communicate with your guests. If this situation hadn't happened, we would have returned to this place, but since this situation has ruined any impression of the place, we definitely won't be returning. If you like this kind of communication with you, then come if you want adequate and courteous service, you should not go here.

The menu arrived quickly (although it was stained with grease), and that was the end of the benefits. The order was taken by a waiter with tattoos on his face, after accepting the order, the order was not large, drinks and coffee, arrogantly grinned with the phrase "Hmm, is that it? Coffee and drinks were served for about 40 minutes, although there was no "fumes" from the waiters. When the coffee arrived, the waiter asked if sugar was needed. We said we needed it. Sugar was never transferred to us. A lot of good reviews are written here, but reconsider the attitude of the staff towards the guests, and for the future to the waiter with tattoos, if the guests order only drinks, this does not mean that they do not leave tips, tips are left for good service. And last but not least, you don't have to show your shin tattoos to your guests, at least from the outside it's very, very unattractive.
