We did not plan to stay in Shymkent, but since we crossed the border without delay, we stopped at this hotel. It's good that there were available rooms. A hotel with its own parking, it was convenient for us. The friendly staff, despite the night, welcomed us very cordially and settled us without delay. The room is large, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom and toilet are clean. All toilet cosmetics are available. Clean and cozy. The breakfasts are hearty. The check-out was completed without delay, although it was earlier in the morning. They take a small amount of cash as a deposit, and even if there is no local currency, you can leave dollars or rubles. I definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for the comfort.

By the way, the facade was also updated. Prices were raised accordingly. They stopped bringing breakfast to the room for an additional fee. One thing remains unchanged in his native Belajo: changing staff, broken glass in the elevator tower, sluggish attention to the words of the guest. If you write a review in the TOTAL format without a whim: then the owner is good- he improves something and, in principle, the price-quality is normal.The mattresses are good, there is water, a refrigerator, a TV and a kettle. This is excellent. Not a RAMADA, but not at 60k per room. For us on a business trip, the option is quite good.

Unfortunately, for 3 days (junior suite), not even the garbage was removed. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The door is partially broken. There wasn't much toilet paper when we checked in - no one brought it. Unfortunately, there is neither a water cooler nor at least a kettle in the room. I had to ask the maid and they kindly presented boiling water. The administrator (the guy) promised to make a notification, but did not. The next day, the girl did it in a minute. But this is the duty of the hotel to the migration service and the fines there are huge. We just wanted it to be legal for us. Unfortunately, there is no safe in the room, no luggage storage if you have a train in the evening.
