The worst service in Bilevo. The employee (short, with black hair and glasses on her head) fancied herself the mistress of the situation. When visiting the point, I threw the empty glass into the trash in the fitting room. In response, the employee refused to issue my order in an ultimatum form (the code was presented) until I personally "climb into the trash can" and get the glass back. She insisted that I literally dig through the waste. The employee did not respond to my calm explanations and willingness to take the remark into account in the future, effectively holding my property hostage. An hour later, the situation repeated itself.: the employee refused to work again, demanded to rummage through the trash, insisted that I literally dig through the waste. As a result, the product was delivered by another, adequate shift. This is a direct violation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the rules of the Wildberries site (confirmed by a call to the hotline). The support itself is in shock. Such behavior is arbitrary and bullying of clients. It's a wonder she didn't make me clean the floor after her. The second girl in the same shift gave out everything without any problems in 10 seconds.
