I ordered a car with delivery to the hotel, without a deposit. I paid the advance payment by card, as indicated in the booking, I had to pay the rest by card upon receipt of the car. The car is delivered late, they offer to partially pay for the rest with a card, and part of it must be paid using the link so that there is no deposit. These conditions were not mentioned anywhere, the payment via the link failed three times, and therefore I had to pay the deposit. Yango support is frostbitten and does not give any apologies for this situation.

I ordered a taxi three times, the drivers don't get in touch, they drive up from the pick-up point and turn on the paid wait. I wasted my money like that, the third time the driver got in touch, drove past me and sped off somewhere on the highway, and the meter was dripping, I was very angry with him on the phone. I got into a taxi with grief in half, but I couldn't bring it back to normal, I did circles just like that at the hotel, in the end I couldn't drop off, I walked. Disgusting. The worst service.

Terrible service. Book a car, come to the place of its receipt and then it is not clear what to do, who to contact, the support is silent. As a result, I went to some nearby rental store and asked if they should give me a car. They said they didn't work with Yandex, but they could give me a car on the same terms as I had booked the car. Which I eventually did)

And this is happening massively. Either Yangou has problems with geolocation, or drivers are massively using holes in the system. Money spent, time lost, waiting in the wild heat.

Don't use it if you don't want to lose your money. I booked a car from them and paid for part of it on the website. A rental representative writes to me and says that there is no such car. There is another brand and model for the same money (much worse) or there is something similar but with a surcharge. I refuse and ask for a refund. But no one returned the money to me, they say that these are my problems. Terrible service. It's good that the car wasn't very expensive, I sympathize with people who get into this situation with them and expensive cars.
