Excellent service. The room was upgraded in honor of the wedding anniversary. Room 438 has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. The cosmetics are good. The all-inclusive food is varied. The alcohol is good. There is also a small menu on the beach. We didn't need animation, so we even liked that it was minimal. There is a lot of space on the beach. The pool is great. The hotel has a huge BUT!!! - there is no open sea space next to it, which you usually expect to see. This is something like a backwater with salt water, the width of the Moscow River on the embankment of the Neskuchny Garden, for example. Therefore, if you want a full-fledged sea beach, this is Saadiyat Island (30 minutes by taxi from the hotel). In the photo, the beach next to the hotel looks better than in reality.

One disadvantage is the natural water source (some kind of artificial channel) is completely unsuitable for swimming. But the sand nearby is clean and well maintained. The hotel has a spa area with baths and an indoor pool. There is an exit to the shopping center directly from the hotel. It has a large grocery store, a pharmacy and many shops for every taste and budget. But you have to understand that it is far from the center of Abu Dhabi and all the attractions. But there is a shuttle service from the hotel three times a day. And no one canceled the taxi. In general, I recommend it.

I liked the staff, there is a Russian-speaking, cool pool, there is a paddling pool with slides for kids, a playground on the street and children's locations with animators inside the building, a good room, delicious food. There is a private beach, but very small in the bay, which was dirty after the rains. I think it's better to go to the city beach if there's not enough pool.

The hotel itself is simply gorgeous, starting from the lobby, ending with rooms and all sorts of little things, everything is thought out for vacationers and of course the staff of this hotel. Our room 237, opening the door, we found ourselves in a truly royal room, high ceilings, two beds, a desk for work, a huge bathroom, a coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset! There were no words, but the smell ..... just an extravaganza!
The hotel has everything for a comfortable and wonderful stay! Two pools, a children's pool with slides (you can't pull a child out), an adult, with different depths. They do aqua aerobics at the pool, oh, women anneal there, and I wouldn't mind stretching myself :) The closed beach is a bay, the water is warm, the bottom is almost without pebbles. There are a lot of places in the hotel to stuff your tummies! We mostly ate at SEVILLA - this is a buffet restaurant, with just an excellent buffet, there is enough to eat for everyone and for every taste, Arabic, Asian, European cuisine, there are no delicious words, and desserts are just a song!!! I would also like to thank the chef who constantly cooked French fries for his little friend, as well as the chef who did the same (Guys, forgive my chicken memory for not remembering your names). By the way, if something is not in sight, just ask and they will cook for you (mashed potatoes, French fries, bananas). The staff is a separate highlight of the hotel, however, they are just not real, kind and clean people who are ready to help and solve any of your questions at your first request.

Останавливались с подругой в марте 2024г. Замечательный отель, просторный номер, очень чисто везде, и на пляже. Бассейн каждое утро чистят, много лежаков на пляже, около бассейна. Дружелюбный и приветливый персонал, на ресепшн русскоговорящая Лана. Депозит не вносили, т к оплачивали картой.

Everything is fine, but my mistake was to take only breakfasts hoping that there would be restaurants with normal food near the hotel. There is a shopping center nearby with only fast food. In the hotel itself, the Azur restaurant has a so-so kitchen, they can't make a normal grill - it's overcooked, the pizza is worse than the frozen one. In general, it is a complete disappointment. - spacious room, 25 squares. We had a balcony facing the road. Everyone slept fine.
- close enough to yas moll where Ferrari park, Warner brothers and so on. 15-20 minutes drive.
Minuses:
- There is no need to go to this hotel across the sea. The coast is covered with pebbles, there are also a lot of them in the sea itself. The water is not particularly clear. It does not compare with the corniche and the popular beaches of Dubai. 98% of vacationers are in swimming pools.
- Don't expect much from the neighboring shopping center. He's a scoop.

At the reception, a beautiful, amazing, professional Russian employee, Lana, helped us a lot. Ksenia, a wonderful employee, was in the restaurant. Here, even without knowledge of the language, you will not be lost. They cleaned every day, any issue was resolved within 10-15 minutes. A beach with access to the Aldar building, which is unique in architecture. But the impression was slightly spoiled by the construction site in the distance. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the White Mosque and to the island with amusement parks. We recommend renting a car to enjoy the views and roads of the UAE for yourself. Wonderful vacation, hotel, staff... but very little! One week is not enough in Abu Dhabi.
