Because of this, it feels like the original promises don't quite match reality. Appointments are often postponed, sometimes even several times, which greatly disrupts plans and looks like disorganization. At the same time, they ask for payment in advance, but after it, the quality of their support and engagement disappears, everything is very vague, they are not responsible for anything, they do not help in any way, in a word, they just take money and that's it My experience very negative. During the consultation they say one thing, but in reality everything changes later — conditions, timelines, and the overall approach. It feels like the initial promises don’t really match what actually happens. Appointments are frequently rescheduled, sometimes several times, which makes it very difficult to plan anything properly. It comes across as quite disorganized. Payment is requested in advance, but after that the level of support and involvement noticeably drops. Overall, everything feels very unclear: there is no real responsibility, and very little actual help. It feels like they just take the payment and then the client is left on their own.
