A beautiful new boutique residential complex, surrounded by greenery of respectable villas. Quiet and sparsely populated, low-rise buildings. Birds sing in the morning. Developed infrastructure. There is a 24-hour convenience store in the next building. Nearby there is a gas station, a shopping center with restaurants and shops, coffee shops, McDonalds, and an alcohol store. Not far from the metro - 15-20 minutes on foot through the villas. Nearby hotels. Very convenient transport interchanges, the proximity of the main highways. 10 minutes to Marina, Ibn Battuta Mall, 20 minutes to Mall of Emirates, 25 minutes to Kite Beach. Very well maintained and clean. There is a small rooftop pool with a beautiful panorama of the skyscrapers.

Wonderful apartment. The view is amazing, the area, the air, everything was very pleasant. The pool is on the roof, the water is clean and warm. There are wonderful guys at the reception.
