This summer was a particularly hot period. The temperature was off the charts, and being outside was a real challenge. On one of these sultry days, I needed to receive a money transfer, and I decided to go to the bank. When I came out of the sweltering summer heat and crossed the threshold of the bank, I was greeted by pleasant cool air. The air conditioners were running at full capacity, creating an ideal microclimate for visitors. Inside, there was an atmosphere of calm and order. The coupon service system worked clearly and in an organized manner. I took the ticket from a special vending machine, and soon my name appeared on the electronic board. The wait went unnoticed thanks to the comfortable waiting area with upholstered chairs. My operator turned out to be polite and professional. The transfer procedure took quite a bit of time. Everything went smoothly and without unnecessary hassle. After receiving the money, I enjoyed the coolness of the bank room for a while before going out into the hot street again.This visit to the bank left a pleasant impression. It was especially valuable how comfortably the space was organized for clients in such a heat.

I've been there 2 times hoping to open a deposit. The waiting time is more than 2/3 hours each time in the queue... there are a lot of people, few specialists, I tried 2 times and went to the bank across the street where I completed everything in 30 minutes
