A great shop with a nice variety of clothes. However, the staff was so rude today and disrespectful towards the client it’s ridiculous!!! Especially Marina and a blonde girl (forgot the name) at the till/cash desk. They don’t speak English at all, and they were making fun of the clients this is insane!! Very disappointed will never comeback to this particular shop because of the staff!!

It's always good to combine business with pleasure. And go on a business trip, and visit Massimo Dutti. The only thing that surprised me was that there is no standard Massimo Dutti smell. Plenty of clothes. However, these transitional periods, when summer ends and autumn has not yet arrived, are a bit confusing for shopping. Everything I bought fits perfectly, however, as usual. However, something has changed. Knowing the problem with large sizes, I immediately took an XXL shirt. Yeah! He drowned in it like a kid in his dad's jacket. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was not childishly surprised! Size XL came up. And there was the same surprise with the sweater. I wanted to take a goatskin shirt jacket. And then everything fell into place. This item needs a size XXXL, but there weren't any (the goods are on the way). The store is super! The staff helps, but as much as they can. There was a moment when the girls were transferred from one consultant to another. The price tag is basically standard. I planned to leave 25 tons, and I left them. Yes! I was also surprised that Massimo Dutti released a cool and persistent fragrance of eau de toilette. Which was something they hadn't noticed before. If you're in this shopping center, be sure to stop by. And my description is exclusively about men's clothing.

I returned to the store a second time to definitely buy a bag and ballet flats in the same color that I had been looking for before. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money. I walked around the store, took a number, put the goods in the fitting room and went to get another extra size. I arrive in 4 minutes, there are no things. I approach the consultant, and when I ask, "Have you cleaned up your things?" he says no, take a closer look. It's hard to get lost in 6 fitting rooms. Another girl came back and said that she had hung everything up. I exhale, I didn't even begin to say anything, as a wave of discontent and protection from the so-called consultants descends on me, that actually you can't put more than 6 things in the fitting room, you can't hang them either, and generally close the curtain (although I was closing it just the same). Then the consultants roll their eyes and sound like I owe them something. They spoiled my mood considerably, as I had to go look for all the sizes again, and spend 20 minutes. Of course, not matching the price and service is something, in the end, I didn't buy anything on principle. Thank you, I'll visit my favorite store in another country.

I came to try on boots, I did not plan to buy them, as the quality of things and shoes in Minsk is worse than in Europe. After asking about the size of a certain model, it was available, they went to look for it, returned and refused to try it on, the reason being "someone measured it in the morning, postponed it until 9 p.m., we have no right to give it to try on." To be honest, I was stunned, just asking for a different color but my size, the consultant disappeared, asking for another consultant, and she disappeared, I demanded the manager, 2 girls with arrogant faces, the result was that the boots did not bring, the complaint book was given and the complaint has not yet been answered.

There was an unpleasant situation when choosing a down jacket. I pointed out to the consultant girl the down jacket from the hall, having previously tried it on. I asked a question: Is there a similar down jacket available but in a different color (IT EXISTS AND I SHOWED A PHOTO FROM THE OFFICE.WEBSITE), to which the girl decided to deceive me, saying that it was a completely different model, but they did not have it in this color and will not. The dissatisfied look of the consultant as a gift . The question arises: In the opinion of your consultants, are there buttons on my head instead of eyes?and I can't tell the difference between the down jacket that I tried on and which is on the "reference" with of.a website? Is it really impossible to correctly answer that this model is presented in only one color? By the way, I had to run for a consultant on my own, no one helped with the selection and fitting, no one greeted me. A disgusting aftertaste after communicating with this consultant, whose name I unfortunately never found out, due to the fact that she did not introduce herself.

Disgusting boorish service. When I went into the store, no one greeted me. When I collected a bunch of things, no one offered to take them to the fitting room, but then they repeated a million times that you can try on a maximum of 6 things. Well, as if I had tried on only 6, I would not have bought 5 things in the end. When I decided to try on a shoe that for some reason was lying in the store alone, without a pair, no one offered to bring me a second or another size. When I asked the consultant if she still had shoes like her own, she replied so indignantly and boorishly that she did not, as if I had insulted her. Already when I left, she said that there are shoes of a different color, which, by the way, for some reason are missing in the hall. All the time I was in the store, and it was the last hour before closing, the consultants were busy only putting things away, paying absolutely no attention to the customers. When I wanted to take a shirt from the stack, one of the consultants pointed me to the other end of the hall, where two such shirts of unknown sizes were hanging, and told me to take them there so that she would not fold them again. Of course, it wasn't my size that was hanging there. The girl who took things after fitting didn't say a word to me either, just silently took it and that's it. In addition, the store does not have half (if not most) of the items that are presented on the site. The quality of things also leaves much to be desired: all jeans, for example, now consist of 40% lyocell and only 60% cotton. All in all, I didn't like it at all.

My husband bought a down jacket this winter for 830 rubles. And just a month later, a huge hole appeared in the jacket pocket along the seam. And in principle, this down jacket is very shedding, the feathers are climbing from behind all the time. In my opinion, a thing for that kind of money should somehow match. No matter how many people entered this store, the sellers in the hall are not particularly eager to approach and offer their help in choosing.
