I think this will surprise even seasoned customers. So that in 2025, in the largest shopping center, in the company store there would be such a service.... I bought blouses at the store. Nice consultants, stylish fitting room, the store is in order. I was doubtful about the purchase, but the female consultants complimented me and encouraged me. Bought. I haven't opened the package in a week. I tried things on, but they didn't fit, and I realized that it was an impulsive purchase. I asked my husband to stop by the store and return my things. My husband calls from the store and says that he is being refused a refund to his card. Which already violates my rights. He stays on the line, meaning I can hear him and the saleswomen. And one of them says to the other, ‘Oh, what are you explaining to him!’. I couldn't believe my ears. My husband is a reserved man, he was taken aback. And then there were two phrases: "Don't come to our store anymore" and "we know these refunds, we put on things at the corporate party and returned them." It was about two, albeit beautiful, but casual blouses. They were labeled, clean, and there were no smells except the smell of new fabric. That is, this saleswoman, without making any claims to the returned product, simply threw mud at it. As I write now, I realize that there are simply no words to describe this insult. That they were rude to my husband, that the money was returned after the second attempt, that there was no book of comments and suggestions!!. I will continue to buy this brand, but on wb or in multi-brand stores. But this store with a service level of a tent with clothes from the 90s, I'm not a foot away anymore.
