I waited 4 weeks to get the money back for canceling the tour. I left an application for the tour in early October, no one called, I left an application at the end of October, also no one called, and I left an application in early November, finally she called me. We had a nice conversation, I immediately agreed to draw up a contract, the contract was sent on the same day, and I immediately sent the money. Two weeks later, I decided to go look at the information about the tour, but it wasn't on the website. The next day I wrote whether the tour would take place, they told me that the tour would not take place, they did not recruit people. I was offered 100% dates or a refund. I wrote that I wanted to get the money back, and they told me that they would send it within a week. A week passed, the money did not arrive, I wrote to them, they told me that they would send it within the next week. The same situation happened again, the money was not returned. I wrote to them that I was waiting for a refund, they started ignoring me, I called the number all day, they didn't pick it up, I wrote to Viber they didn't answer, I decided to call from another number, they picked up the phone and said that the refund was being carried out on Friday and I needed to send an invoice. On Friday, the money did not arrive, I was ignored all day, they did not respond anywhere. After 3 days of ignoring it, they wrote to me that you were calling the director about the refund. The director said that you will send the card number, I will send it within 2 hours. Two days have passed, there is no money, and the director ignores me already. I asked the guy to deal with this issue, they raised it, they said that they would send everything on Monday. The money never came. The guy dialed on Tuesday, and within an hour the money was finally returned. I live in Minsk and the money should have been transferred to the account, if I lived in Gomel, maybe I wouldn't have had to wait so long, but it's not for sure, so they said that my money was invested in the tour that was, and when the tourists return, we will transfer it to you.
