The quality of service is low and for space prices. Drinks such as water and tea 2000 rubles. The hotel is like 5 stars, renovated like in the 80s.
A hotel without a program.
The staff is all from Asia, rarely anyone speaks Russian, but English is being pulled up)

Before that, we were in 3 5-star hotels on Palma, in Jebel Ali and in Rixos in Abu Dhabi, so there is something to compare. In this for the first time, as in the Anantara network. The only, but very big minus is the fatigue of the hotel. We changed 3 rooms, it was just too lazy to move to the 4th to pack things. The child is allergic. We arrived at the hotel at night. The first room (North Building) smelled of mold, the floor was swollen in a couple of places. There was a renovation on the floor in the corridor - half of the corridor was in polyethylene (the staff said that the ventilation was changed at the request of the authorities). We moved to another room on the same floor for the night, because it didn't smell of mold, it was one and a half times bigger, but it went out on the road, the workers pumped out something there all night, the door to the balcony didn't fit tightly, it was noisy. In the morning we were promised to move in the evening to another room in the southern building with a view of the hotel, this was done. But after 3 days, repairs in the corridor reached us here. Personally, my version is that since the authorities forced it to do repairs, then we are talking about diseases that spread through ventilation, for example, legionellosis (if I'm right, this is very bad). Small TVs - no more than 40 inches, scratched floors and tables, there is no illumination in the bathroom near the mirror, the shower room is very simple, the bath without hydro massage.
Of the pros. Really tasty and varied (except for a couple of dishes in Revo). 3 themed evenings a week at Crescendo (buffet). Unfortunately, we didn't get to the Saturday brunch (Fork&Cork). At lunch and dinner there is free water (not from bottles).
A large green area, signs are attached to the plants. The birds are singing. Green parrots were seen on the balconies (!).
Huge long shallow (with variable depth up to 1.4 meters), warm pools, the entrance place is covered with sand for the entourage and very young children. Decorated boats with cocktails float on them several times a day. At the same time, from one end it is teeming with children, from the other (due to the presence of only 8 sunbeds) practically no one.

This year, I was vacationing with my daughters for the second time! This is just a fantastic hotel, surrounded by greenery! In the morning, birds sing here like in the Garden of Eden, next to our apartments there is a gorgeous pool with warm water.In the evening, dinner at a chic restaurant with a fire show overlooking the Persian Gulf! There is excellent service, very attentive staff, a cozy and clean beach, where fruits and ice cream are served during the day! It is not noisy here and a very quiet family hotel with a measured life! We really like it, we will be happy to come back here again!!!

A good hotel, but it doesn't pull for 5*. Even taking into account the specifics of the country, there are a lot of budget solutions in the hotel. Starting from rooms and ending with restaurants. The greenest corner on the palm tree!!!! For a while, you can forget that you are in a hot Arab country and be transported to the Asian tropics! Lots of greenery! A huge selection of rooms - houses along the pool, houses on two floors, houses with their own pool and the cherry on the cake - houses with their own pool on the water!!! Maldives will mentally become closer! Great hotel! Great beach! The staff restores the artificial shore along the pool every evening by grains of sand! In a word, deserved five stars!
