A wonderful hotel! Organization, service, location of rooms and pools -I liked everything. Extremely delicious in all restaurants! I highly recommend it. We lived in a pool house-the child did not get out of the water-as soon as he woke up, and always before going to bed. Even my husband and I swam very late at night, in the dark. We really liked the hotel, because we travel with children, cleanliness is very important to us and rooms are very well cleaned in this hotel. The territory of the hotel is large, I really liked the pool around the bungalow, sand is poured around the pool, children play quietly and you can not go to the beach)))). The food is delicious, there is one buffet restaurant, and about 4-5 restaurants on the menu.

This year, I was vacationing with my daughters for the second time! This is just a fantastic hotel, surrounded by greenery! In the morning, birds sing here like in the Garden of Eden, next to our apartments there is a gorgeous pool with warm water.In the evening, dinner at a chic restaurant with a fire show overlooking the Persian Gulf! There is excellent service, very attentive staff, a cozy and clean beach, where fruits and ice cream are served during the day! It is not noisy here and a very quiet family hotel with a measured life! We really like it, we will be happy to come back here again!!!

The only, but very big minus is the fatigue of the hotel. We changed 3 rooms, it was just too lazy to move to the 4th to pack things. The child is allergic. We arrived at the hotel at night. The first room (North Building) smelled of mold, the floor was swollen in a couple of places. There was a renovation on the floor in the corridor - half of the corridor was in polyethylene (the staff said that the ventilation was changed at the request of the authorities). We moved to another room on the same floor for the night, because it didn't smell of mold, it was one and a half times bigger, but it went out on the road, the workers pumped out something there all night, the door to the balcony didn't fit tightly, it was noisy. In the morning we were promised to move in the evening to another room in the southern building with a view of the hotel, this was done. But after 3 days, repairs in the corridor reached us here. Personally, my version is that since the authorities forced it to do repairs, then we are talking about diseases that spread through ventilation, for example, legionellosis (if I'm right, this is very bad). Small TVs - no more than 40 inches, scratched floors and tables, there is no illumination in the bathroom near the mirror, the shower room is very simple, the bath without hydro massage. Of the pros. Really tasty and varied (except for a couple of dishes in Revo). 3 themed evenings a week at Crescendo (buffet). Unfortunately, we didn't get to the Saturday brunch (Fork&Cork). At lunch and dinner there is free water (not from bottles). A large green area, signs are attached to the plants. The birds are singing. Green parrots were seen on the balconies (!). Huge long shallow (with variable depth up to 1.4 meters), warm pools, the entrance place is covered with sand for the entourage and very young children. Decorated boats with cocktails float on them several times a day. Insanely expensive bars and restaurants on site. 2500 for a cocktail that barely feels like gin, 2000 for corona beer. 3000 rubles - burger with potatoes. The system for calling waiters on the beach works every other time. A small fenced area in the bay on the shore where you can swim. And not because it is dangerous, but because of all kinds of boats and water transport, which are immediately offered for rent. Obsessive sellers on the beach, I don't understand why they won't be kicked out, they annoy everyone. The main pool near the beach is very shallow, there are mostly children there. There are 2 lagoon pools, on the right and left side, where there are villas with access to these pools. We swam there a couple of times in total, they are more convenient for the residents of the villas. On Saturday there was a special brunch in a regular restaurant, they said - if you want to eat, you have to pay 120 dirhams) Although we had breakfast and lunch/dinner included. Or go to a restaurant on the beach and order from the menu (very limited, by the way). And there are such pitfalls in everything. Of the advantages: The beautiful green area of the hotel, beautiful interior and exterior in Thai style. The view from the apartments on the 5th floor was amazing - the Persian Gulf and the lagoon pool. The food is varied and delicious at the Crescendo restaurant. I especially liked making salmon bagels in the morning. A chic dessert showcase and a chocolate fountain. Fresh fruits. The beach is not bad, it's nice to spend time there, the view is gorgeous. There is a free shuttle to the Mall of Emirates. Verdict: it's been better, but not to say that it's bad)
