Did this lady treat everyone who came in with disdain, throwing phrases a la "measuring up"? I really wanted to buy shoes, but this seller has no desire to buy. In my youth, I started my career in sales as a consultant at the Axis store, and we did not allow such an attitude. We were more interested than anyone else in making the customer buy and be satisfied. I believe that an employee needs to complete sales training in this area and learn how to communicate with customers and not spoil the company's image. I wouldn't detain her, because I understand perfectly well that I want to go home after my shift. You need to stay in your position until the end of the working day. And when you're being rushed every 5 seconds, I don't even know if I need to buy here. Fortunately, you have good shoes, I will definitely come back, but at a different point. I ask you to have preventive conversations with your staff. With this seller in the first place!
