The location is excellent: the beach, the metro, and mall are nearby! a pharmacy, a supermarket, a cafe with delicious pizza are in the building! The only thing is, if you return by taxi, it is better to indicate a point somewhere at the intersection rather than the tower itself, otherwise the traffic jam to it during rush hours is notable. It's noisy from the street, yes, but it didn't bother me- even Condey makes more noise. But the view from the balcony is fascinating! The condition of the apartments is not terrible, but it is quite decent!

Excellent complex. The only drawbacks are the traffic jams on Saturday in front of the complex.
